Lovely clean hotel, friendly staff and close to restaurants and bars. A bit of a walk up hill from the train station but necessary if you want to be near the town.

Very helpful and friendly staff, especially Jason.
Small room. Very little storage e.g. shelving. No lift. Small bed. No table. Just one chair. Inadequate bedside tables or lights. Extremely expensive for the facilities provided. Very steep hill to reach the lodge.

Located in the heart of Fort William, offering a good value for money accommodation. Car park is provided and staff was very friendly.
Structure feels a little old, but we really can’t complain given the price.

It was overpriced, very dated and almost like a YMCA or hostel, at £150 for 1 night I found this way too expensive

disappointing dark dingy hall which smelt fusty musty and damp. not very friendly reception . heating and towel rail not working. lumpy bed

it was unassuming and simple.... decent value and a great location.
It was LOUD. People were generally quiet, but the hallways and stairwells echoed and the doors were really loud, so it was tough to sleep.

Parking is a bit on the tight side, but that cannot be helped.

Big spacious room with very comfy bed,, massive bathroom and good shower.
Simple tea making facilities and places to hang coats etc.
General noise. Outside noises heard very clearly through the windows and inside due to every step in the hallway outside the room creaked loudly.

Clean, easy, great location, and helpful staff. It's simple but effective. Exactly as advertised! Shower was hot and excellent pressure which is always good after a long wet walk
I feel like the carpet could have used a deep clean or replacement... But that's minor

The private bathroom was very clean. Good shower too. The beds were comfortable.

Excellent value for money accommodation. No fuss check-in and great location. Our family room was spacious with great views. Would certainly stay there again in the future.
