Hotel położony w cichym miejscu pomiędzy miastem i zatoką można dojechać autobusem ze stacji głównej (kościół lub klasztor Maryi- nie pamiętam nazwy przystanku) Pokoje duże z wygodnym łóżkiem zarówno z wanną jak i prysznicem. Dobre zróżnicowane śniadania. Do tego możliwość korzystania z basenu, jacuzzi i saun mokrej i suchej jednak wszystko lata świetności ma już za sobą
Widok z okna na śmietniki i pomieszczenia gospodarcze był dość nieprzyjemny, dość dużo zakamarków jak zjedziesz nie tą windą z wyższych pięter czeka Cię spacer na zewnątrz budynku do hallu i recepcji.

The hotel was lovely but the updates are certainly needed. Breakfast was appreciated but other places that we stayed in Ireland were fresher.
The pool was not for the hotel only. There was no way for us to lock our belongings or take them with us when using the pool. It was not relaxing and that was my main point in booking this hotel. The photo of the hotel pool was amazing and it was less than that when visiting.

A nice, big hotel. Great breakfast. The staff were nice enough.
No real issues. They wouldn't let my girlfriend have a go of the piano in the foye. Would have been nice if they did as its been a while since she's been able to play regularly. But I guess they have their reasons.

double bed small in family room and I’m only 5’4 and one of the kids slept with me - plus no shower gel provided in pool showers so had to walk up through hotel to have showers in small bedroom.

Bed was comfortable. Location good.
When I arrived I wasn't offered the option to pay at the end of my stay. Payment up front. When I took a shower, the shower head was white with limescale. At breakfast, I asked for a cappuccino and was told I'd have to pay extra!.? This is not what I would expect from a 4-star hotel. I have stayed a number of times in The Ardilaun over the past 20 or so years, and this visit was very disappointing. The swimming pool tiles need replacing and facilities upgraded. The staff were pleasant.

Oldie world sort of hotel. Really clean and the staff are all friendly and warm. Bernie at reception is so professional yet really kind at the same time. I would totally recommend this hotel.
