I really love the ambiance and the temperature of the room! It is absolutely relaxing. Further, I love the effort of having the "happy monthsary" message with pieces of chocolate cakes. <3

Location is very convenient.

Please provide more toilet paper and have extra sheets in the room ready for the sofa beds. Also if guests asked for rooms close together, please have the connecting rooms be able to have access with both rooms by using the connecting door. It was locked in our rooms.

The Aqua room is amazing and creates a very unique atmosphere! Among the rooms where I accomodated during my travels, I'd put this in the Top 3. Other major good features were being in the same building as the Ocean Park, the proximity to the Intramuros area, and the bar with terrace on the bay.

I liked the idea of staying in a nice room with a giant aquarium inside it. But thats about it.

The ac unit was leaking so I had to mop that up every 1 to 2 hrs. They turn the aquarium lights off in the room at 9pm which is pointless when you want to have it on at a night to relax to. There is no rubber seal around the shower door so when ever you get a shower you flood the bathroom with a inch of water. Also the food in the hotel is not even good they taken all the good well known chains out and replaced them with rubbish. Dont even get me started on quix. I dont recommend staying here its just not been well maintained and upgraded in a long time.the staff are lovely and helpful though.

Check in staff really kind and helpful--thank you Joanne who was so patient with all my questions! She is also so efficient. I loved my room with a great view over Manila Bay. I enjoyed the room service food. My second visit and I hope to visit again.
