Zentral gelegen mit sehr guter Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Zwei Swimmingpools. Einer davon im schattigen Innenhof mit Babybecken. Einer davon ab ca. 11h sonnig mit Liegestühlen und Sitzgelegenheiten. Den ganzen Tag lang konnte man sich durch Köstlichkeiten der Küche verwöhnen lassen. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Ausreichend große Zimmer.

Sehr harte Matratze wurde nach Beschwerde sofort durch eine Auflage (Topper) korrigiert. Kein Balkon oder Terasse. Sehr hellhörig.

Bell men were very nice and helpful. Location is good. It is not far from Terminal 21 shopping mall and Central Pattaya shopping center. The room is spacious and clean.

The WiFi connection was very poor - even when I did connect to the WIFI, it cut out within five minutes and was completely unusable. I had to use my mobile phone to connect to the internet throughout my stay. The reception of the hotel staff was just terrible. The woman, probably the manager, the cashier in the restaurant had a terribly bad attitude. It is a pity, because the men and young staff working in the same restaurant were good. The reception staff were also not very nice. The check-out process took a long time and was very tedious, even though I had informed them in advance that I would be checking out early in the morning. The walls and doors in the rooms were very thin. Loud snoring in the room next door was also a problem, but the walls were so thin that the snoring noise was so loud that I had to wear earplugs to sleep while the guest next door was staying. It was also very noisy with voices in the corridor and the sound of suitcases being pulled. Although the room was non-smoking, I had to keep the windows closed at all times because next door guests smoked at the balcony and surprisingly smoking was allowed at the balcony. I don't think you can call it a non-smoking room anymore when there is an ashtray in the room. I don't know if there is a non-smoking floor, but when you can smoke on the balcony, that hotel can't be called a non-smoking hotel anymore.

The room is not modern. Some facilities are broken.

Firstly, a wonderful location: opposite Central Marina, to the left is Terminal 21, to the right is the night market. Pleasant polite staff, we did not have a passport at the time of check-in, checked in by photo. The guy helped carry our bags to the room. We had connecting rooms, with a common door between the rooms, which is very convenient for a family of 4 people. The balcony overlooked the pool, there is a clothes dryer on the balcony. There is another pool with a water slide, open until 20.00, but the guard gave the children 5 minutes to ride from it. The breakfasts are good. There is a large Parking. Next time, this accommodation will be a priority for me.

The room with balcony view was large and spacious. The facilities were tidy and clean. The swimming pool was a good size and very clean. Only a short walk down to the beachside.

Maybe firmer pillows as an option.

We booked that by booking.com And they give us on the top corner dark room far from main building etc. And no shampoo or soap in bathroom
