Clean and central location. Nice bathroom.

Only 1 chair in double bedroom. Food disappointing. Only ate in once.

Its was a very nice stay,friendly people,very clean and welcoming.

Flag pole lines tapping all night in the wind kept us awake as i sleep with windows open but cant be helped.

The view was excellent, comfort beds warm room , lovely shower , best of all big mugs not little cups plus plenty of coffee tea milk & sugar .

Nothing really but I will state if your on top floor there are quiet a few stairs so need to be able .

Didn't consider it a superior room. Preferred the room we had on previous visit. A number of guests had dogs and disturbed by barking at times. Radiator in bathroom not working. Reported it sat morning. Maintenance came in sat afternoon didnt know what problem was said he would check something but didn't come back and wasn't resolved. Came down for breakfast sat morning to be told they are not doing breakfasts and staff said that we should have been told when booking in. But wasn't.

The location was ideal for what we needed, central to the town of Hunstanton, close by enough to other seaside towns. Free parking facilities. Bathroom was modern and clean. Beds were comfortable with crisp fresh linen.

We love a cup of tea but the kettle was so full of limescale it was impossible to make one. There was never any staff around to other than the two barman in the bar/restaurant downstairs who didn’t seem to have the time to assist all too often so we didn’t bother asking for a new one, especially as we were only there a few days.

Great room, comfortable, clean. Great bathroom. Even though full, no noise. Great bar and easy food.

Only small top opening on windows got quite warm..for some reason side windows sealed.

Ideal location very good food downstairs very good value for money
