Large clean comfortable luxurious room. Excellent location.

The availability of hot drinks was pleasing, as was a fridge in the bedroom.

The low sloping ceiling was difficult to get used to.

We stayed three nights. The room was clean, well fitted out. Friendly owners. Bed was comfortable. Everything in the bathroom worked properly.

Because we were in the attic, we kept bumping our heads on the beams. The room wasn’t cleaned and tidied on the second day, as promised.

We had a great couple of days, the room was comfortable and well equipped, with a nice sitting area. The Coffee machine in the communal room was also a bonus. Easy walking distance to the beach, and the high Street. I would definitely come back here.

The accommodation was stylish,spacious and spotless and the owners were friendly and helpful.

The property is located a short walk from the esplanade (about 4 mins) and ideally suited to the town centre (again 4-5 mins) with ample places for food (excellent fish & chips to good mediterranean dining). Hosts David and Katie were very helpful and provide everything for a comfortable stay.

Difficult to find anything negative, breakfast is not provided but provision for providing your own is available and there are very good cafes, restaurants and pantries. personally we found the breakfast flexibility to be an advantage.

This place is a little gem! Very clean house well laid out. Room was well stocked with water fresh milk for tea coffee etc. Bed comfortable, quite and dark room at night (can’t stand light coming in) Thank you Dave for such a warm welcome.

Everything was perfect as usual

Fridge with milk and water in the room, comfortable bed, very clean, 5 minute walk to beach and town centre. Dave was very friendly and phoned us at 1pm to allow us access to our room early. Plates/cups/cutlery provided so you can eat your own lunch/breakfast at the guest house if you wish. The twin room is great for privacy for two guests as the beds are at opposite ends of a long room; great for my teenaged daughter and me. Ample, on street free parking. An excellent guest house and we plan to return.

David was an amazing host giving us local tips for places to eat, as well as places to visit. The room was spotless and had everything we needed (towels, hairdryer, enough space...) Water, tea, biscuits and milk are in the room. There is a dining room with all the utensils for eating there if needed. Maybe including a microwave in the dining room would be handy. To summarize: the best place you can stay in Huntington!

Fabulous couple of nights with my sons at the b&b. Hosts were fantastic and the room was perfect. Brilliant shower. Really enjoyed our stay and would return.

I didn’t sleep amazingly if I’m honest, the linen was lovely crisp and white but the pillows were not the best nor was the mattress. I am only mentioning this in a constructive way of course and when I look at the price of the room I still feel it was really great value for money. This is just something that could be improved with a mattress topper and maybe fuller pillows. Xx

Burlington House is situated on a quiet road with plenty of convenient parking. The owner was very understanding when our arrival was delayed. The room and bathroom were spotless, which was very reassuring given the current circumstances. There were nice touches, like Christmas decorations. The toiletries we're good quality, with a little fridge in the room for fresh milk and an all-important corkscrew. It's only a short walk to the seafront, shops and cafes. Some might be disappointed that breakfast isn't served but the owners are clear about this, the price reflects it and there are plenty of places nearby where guests can eat.

Honestly couldn't find anything that would improve our stay.

We would thoroughly recommend Burlington House to anyone visiting North Norfolk. The place is kept to a very high standard and there’s attention to detail everywhere you look. We felt very safe and comfortable considering that it was our first stay away from home during the Covid-19 pandemic. The hosts David and Katie were extremely welcoming and helpful. We couldn’t be more pleased.
