Practical space, view of the sea from the deck, shared sunroof area with great view, pool, short walk down to beach (best beach in Nerja)!

Slightly dated interior and furniture, washing machine soap drawer had some mould, unpleasant odour in the bathroom, bathroom sink slow to drain, floors didn’t feel totally clean, walk back from beach was uphill (quite steep).

Clean and comfortable spacious apartment. Lovely pool and safe setting.

The apartment had everything we needed and was well equipped for our stay, clean, plenty of room, comfortable beds, lovely large private balcony, overlooking the pool. Burriana beach is an 8 minute leisurely stroll away, downhill, and the town centre is another 15 mins away on foot. Be prepared for the uphill walk back however, but that's Nerja! The nearest supermarket is a 13 min walk away. We found the apartment to be in a perfect location for us, and the area is very quiet and peaceful.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The apartment was spacious with all comforts. Nice terrace. The swimming pool was clean but cold. The host has been very useful fixing an internet issue within one hour. Quite close to the beach although there is a steep slope to walk up and down from the apartment.

the furniture is outdated and poorly decorated . The hanger for the towel in the bathroom is rusted.

we stayed in apartment 1C, 2 bed with roof terrace. Roof terrace was fab, great views. nice views from balcony also. very good mattresses and water pressure in shower. Heating and Cooling efficient. Friendly owner.

Could do with a deep clean, kitchen very poorly equipped with broken tap and poor flow. Rusty microwave. Only 1 toilet roll and bin bag.

The apartment is in a great location, a ten minute walk down hill to the beach and a selection of cafes, restaurants and small shops. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Nerja.

The walls of the apartment are quite thin and noise from other apartments could be an issue at busy times.

Very nice appartement, everything was there what you need for a vacation. Great distance to the beach or city. The family is very friendly and nice.

In the neighbourhood is a construction for new houses, there was some noise and dirt…. but no big issue.

Great helpful host. Really friendly and accommodating. Great location for Burrina beach. Glad we had a car though for those trips and beach and shops. Though walkable a car gives you more freedom.

Beds were quite hard. Kindly given and extra pillow when requested but hubby particularly didn't sleep great because of it.

Beautiful apartment, quiet area, a little distance from the beach and old town, small bar nearby, but closes early.

The hill from the beach is quite steep and may be a hindrance to less abled people or to buggies etc.

Good position. 10 minutes walk from beach .15 minutes walk to supermarket. Nice outlook over pool and town beyond . Roof terrace with panoramic views . Apartment terrace sunny all day .airconditioning good . Lovely big bath . Kitchen fine. Big comfortable double bed. Flat cleaned after one week

Quite a difficult uphill/downhill walk to Burriana Beach. Town centre & supermarkets some distance away. Had to taxi everywhere. Hot water in short supply - barely enough for one shower at a time. Kettle not working, no toaster, lack of food prep items (incl. bread knife).
