The breakfast was superb, the rooms were exceptional and all the staff was up to the moment. I would suggest a SPA visit for some massages, they are really good.

The word to describe the property is exceptional! The service, the quality, the restaurant, the Spa, the views everything is amazing!

The hotel had a boutique feeling to it, very exclusive. Beautiful surroundings and close to interesting historical villages. We enjoyed it very much. Dinner at the restaurant is the best option, as the hotel is very secluded and hard to get back in the dark. The food and service were excellent.

rubbish uncomfortable rooms, like they forgot the finishing touches. No place to plug your phone in by the bedside, no hooks anywhere to hang towels or coats. The place was run down and scruffy. No decent service from the staff who seemed totally uncaring. The housekeeping was awful, they took our towels away and didn’t replace. The pool lights didn’t work, the pool area was wet and dangerous. The steam room was out of order. Breakfast was very average and again the staff were below average. We got home and I said to my wife I never want to go somewhere worse than where we live. It was like a serviced apartment (except not serviced) I would never go back and feel that the €220 a night was a huge rip off!

The design of the entire is beautiful, but the rooms are quite old and shabby. We loved the restaurant, the food was delicious, great selection of wines. SPA pool was very warm and spacious, but the overall maintenance of the place is poor: the Turkish sauna and showers near the pool were not functioning.

There is a construction on site and it really spoils the whole experience, it was noisy. The hotel should have warned us about it.

Our stay at L'AND was nothing short of extraordinary. We immediately relaxed upon arrival, and then enjoyed luxury after luxury. The pool and sauna were heavenly, the complementary wine tasting and charcuterie hour in L'AND's stylish lounge was a delight, the staff were charming and dedicated, the sound of evening birdsong across the lake and the accompanying views filled us with a sense of peace, our dinner and breakfast were first rate (I particularly enjoyed the rack of honeycomb from the grounds!), and the fireplace and plunge pool in our room felt like the ultimate luxury. There were so many thoughtful little moments designed for us to feel totally relaxed and delighted, such as the complimentary bottle of L'AND wine in the room with our name on the label, the cookies that appeared on our pillow while we were at dinner, and the little jar of L'AND honey upon departure. We already cannot wait to visit again.

We had dinner twice. The food is very good. The sommelier very knowledgableand helpful.

There was only one waitress at breakfast to attend all guests. Only one to lead to table, take orders and serve. This is clearly not enough
