It was all very neutral.

The room location at the very front of the hotel was on to the main square. Noisy.

Great plave for the whole Family with lots of Activities in the area. Great local food. We really lived the breakfast.

Great facility, this was our second stay at this hotel within 3 months. Highly recommend.

Despite the fact we were there during shoulder days (night from Thursday to Friday) with very little guests our car was always (even for 30 minutes) driven away from the parking lot and so we had to leave the keys / ask for the keys every time. This would be understandable if the hotel were full, but do not understand this. At least 25+ empty car parking spaces just in front of the main reception area.

Location of hotel is perfect. Had an excellent night sleep with no street noice .

The property is right in the heart of Santa Cruz, with some great restaurants, supermarkets and farmacies within a very short walk. The breakfast was great and the staff was exceptional.

The rooms were comfortable but are on the smaller side for the price (specially the bathroom) and could use an update.

Excellent location beside the museum.

My direct booking with the hotel was canceled due to a credit card issue and I have not received any notification. Had to rebook at a much higher rate.
