Die Anlage ist sehr schön mit vielen netten Details. Poolanlage schön, jedoch hatten keine Möglichkeit sie zu nutzen. Das Personal/Bedienung beim Catering und bei der Hochzeitsfeier sehr nett und aufmerksam.

Zugesagter früher Check-In nicht möglich. Dann zum eigentlichen Zeitpunkt Zimmer nicht fertig. Die Reinigungsdamen beschwerten sich laut über den Stress, während sie ständig beim Rauchen beobachtete wurden. Man hat uns dann ein anderes Zimmer gegeben, da unsere nicht fertig waren. Die äußerst von sich überzeugte Dame sagte mir, man wäre mir ja damit schon entgegen gekommen. Ich war nun das zweite Mal bei einer Hochzeit dort und dachte das erste Mal wäre einfach ein Ausrutscher. Nein, leider nicht. Da gibt es im Ort bessere Hotels. Auch die früher vorhandene Handwerksläden alle geschlossen. Schade.

Odlična lokacija, fantastično mjesto, pravi doživljaj Hercegovine. Šarmantno, prikladno, i za odmor i za posao i za provesti vrijeme s porodicom. Svakako preporučujem.

Ne bih imala ništa izdvojiti, sve je bilo baš onako kako sam očekivala i povrh toga što nije bila sezona i što je put kratko trajao, sadržaji koji nisu bili nadomješteni su šarmom samom resorta i zaista sam zadovoljna.

Sve je super. Osoblje i objekt.

It was clean and tidy.

The way to go to the rooms were not paved , so there was difficulty in rolling the bags to the allotted room. One day the shower wouldn’t drain , and I had to call room service to come and fix it. The wifi was not working till after multiple calls to the reception and someone had to come and fix a router in my room. There was no free drinking water bottles, the ones in the fridge were small , and not enough for 2 people . I had to go to a nearby store in taxi to get some supplies. Taxis are expensive to and from this property. If you are going, think of renting a car. Breakfast was the same every day, it wasn’t even hot

Breakfest was good, the main building was nice. A bit of a walk to get around the place but is nice. The pool and outdoors is the only thing that saves this place

The front staff werent the friendliest. Should know how to speak English and be more accommodating. Booked a room with higher floors and didnt get it.

Nice restaurant and nice pool

Staff st front desk were very rude. Restaurant staff were OK. The marketing pictures look a lot better than the actual room. No assistance to take bags back to room and the girl at reception just pointed which way to go. Remember that these are bungalows so you are walking through grass and paths with little signage. the receptionist just pointed and said walk that way.
