the restaurant food was excellent
most things. it was gaudy and cheap furnishings not particularly clean. too many electric plugs in one plug. looked like a very cheap conversion the staff were nice but incorrectly dressed they said the hotel was full ??? only saw 6 other guests in there
it was surrounded by factories and offices.

staff was friendly and the location was perfect for our needs
Whole hotel needs renovation, rooms quite dirty. crazy prices at the hotel bar (24€ for two medium beers ) - other guests told us they paid way less. Feels like a scam.

The lift would not open at our 7th floor. It has failed 10 minutes earlier. No offer of an alternative.room & reception refused to call or phone the duty manager..Would not give us his contact number. Would not refund money even though we could not reach room and felt it it would be unsafe to stay. This is not 4* hotel behaviour...

Close to motorway. A unique experience of kitsch
Expensive car park in gated wasteland at the rear of the hotel when there are enough spaces in front of it or in street nearby.

Maybe a little be far away from the center but it's ok with the taxi and uber available

Nice decoration of lobby and the rooms. The hotel is close to the highway and ideal for a stop over. Nevertheless the hotel is a concrete appartment block in an industrial area of Nimes. So don´t expect nice surroundings.
Parking and entrance "garden" not well mainained. In general the close environment is not the cleanest. Furthermore the restaurant is more of a rip off.

location close to highway, but just far away enough to be able to open the window without having the highway noise. Nice shower/bath and separate toilet.
Rather strange interior decoration choices. Bizarre really. gentleman running the evening shift wasn’t very friendly, rather ‘abrupt’. On the other hand the lady that checked us in 2 hours earlier was friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed the convenient location (5 min drive from city center), comfortable rooms and great service. The pool area was very nice.

Not enough loungers at the pool, plus curved design means you cannot lie on your front.
Restricted menu for restaurant not made clear when reserving table. Full menu still displayed around hotel. Very misleading.
Limited wine list. Only Cotes du Rhone in reds! No Costiere du Nimes in Nimes! Unbelievable.

They charge 60 euro more by day,food arrive verry late and is not a clean place.👎🏻
