Upon arrival, although there may not be a traditional greeting, the instructions provided are flawlessly executed, ensuring a seamless check-in process. During my stay, I had the opportunity to explore the single room and family room options, but I ultimately chose the Garden Room, a remarkable two-level accommodation. The lower level features a comfortable living room, a well-appointed bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen, while the upper floor offers a spacious and inviting bedroom. One standout feature of the Ibex Unique Desert Inn is its exceptional cleanliness. Every inch of the establishment exudes a sense of freshness and tidiness, creating a delightful ambiance for guests. In the main building, guests can enjoy a generously sized living room that provides ample space for relaxation. Complete with a large television, cozy seating areas, and even an espresso machine, it ensures that guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. The breakfast experience at this inn is truly a delight. Served in a separate location, it is a carefully crafted affair. The offerings are thoughtfully prepared, featuring an assortment of delectable spreads, perfectly cooked omelettes, and freshly brewed cappuccinos. It is a culinary experience that pleases the palate. It's worth noting that the single room and family room do not include televisions. However, this seems inconsequential as the true allure of the Ibex Unique Desert Inn lies in its surroundings and the unique experiences it offers. Guests who visit this extraordinary establishment are unlikely to prioritize television entertainment.

Very friendly staff. Nice duplex room with a small private terrace. (I think we got lucky there, other rooms didn’t have that.) Relaxed and friendly ambiance with an Israeli shabby chic vibe. They put breakfast in our room one morning while we hiked.

There was an unpleasant odor in the bathroom, maybe a drainage issue.

The room was just ok, the Bathroom not very clean… Had contact with staff just by WhatsApp, nobody appeared to receive welcome us … but we expected a warm full welcome at breakfast , someone to say hello and be more kind, but the service was just cold and without personality

Beautiful, spacious room with excellent wifi, lots of hot water. So quiet we were surprised to find other guests in the place!!!

It was a good location for hiking around Machtesh Ramon. The staff was excellent. It was nice to have a great breakfast in the morning too! The room is simple. It’s essentially a hostel with private bathroom.

Overvalued considering it’s in a warehouse in an industrial strip on the edge of the city….but that seems par for the course here. Felt more like a well appointed hostel, which isn’t what we had expected. Still, it was clean and the staff were kind.

Everything was excellent and we would love to stay there again 🥰 Our stay was in January and it was clean and warm in the room. Location is very convenient and it’s easy to reach by public transport or car. The breakfast is extremely nice, thanks once again to chef Marina. But the most beautiful thing about that place is the attitude of ladies who’re running the hotel and welcomed us at the reception. They’re absolutely beautiful, friendly and ready to help with everything. We received an advices regarding points to visit, tickets for our next destination and even a help to put monies on transport card. I do recommend this place and happy we spent a quality time there 😘

Our stay was wonderful and we recommend the Ibex hotel! The location is ideal - very close to restaurants and shops in the spice quarter, and near the crater and other areas for hiking. The breakfast was the best we’ve had in Israel and the staff was very helpful (giving us tips on where to go, hiking paths, etc). The room is thoughtfully decorated and comfortable. Highest recommendation!

the walls are a little thin so we could hear our neighbors walking up the stairs in their room.

We liked the comfort of the room, eg the linens and bedding. The breakfast was outstanding. The best part of our stay was the staff. The nicest people you would ever want to meet on vacation.

The neighbouring building was being renovated, so….

The rooms were very spacious and clean. The indoor and outdoor shared spaces were awesome. I highly recommend this hotel.
