Loved the family atmosphere. Cute room with comfy bed and lots of blankets. Super hot shower. Nice little garden. Good value breakfast. Great view of the terraces. Good location for exploring Pisac.
Road noise and barking dogs but ok with earplugs.

Cozinha compartilhada: Poucos utensílios, porém boa para preparar algo rápido ou esquentar água.
Bom café da manhã (precisa reservar no dia anterior)

Estrutura do banheiro - quarto 3: Cortina do box praticamente solta (caiu quando eu abri) e muito curta, molhando o banheiro inteiro. O chuveiro tem muita pressão e a água não escorre rápido o suficiente, deixando a área inundada.
O vaso sanitário estava vazando.
Comunicação um pouco difícil, o check-in poderia ser mais explicativo.
Não é o local mais silencioso, visto que fica na rua principal.

The people who work here are all so beautiful, kind and friendly. It has such a great feeling of home here, and the location was amazing!

The property was charming and with character. The hosts were extremely hospitable and kind.
It’s close to the road so was noisy and the was noise coming from works being done at the next door property.

Simple but very clean. Very attentive staff, always willing to help. Hot water and tea available. Was cold in my room but immediately after requested I got a portable heater, also the shower was really hot, which is rare in Peru, the garden is just lovely. Colectivos stop just in front of the gate. The owners speak English.
The room I got was closest to street so noisy and also run down…the whole property would benefit from being a little redesigned.

Very friendly, pleasant and helpful staff, comfortable and very clean room with en suite, very reasonably priced and in a good location.

The family that runs the place is very nice. The garden is well treated and adds uniqueness to the place. Really nice, quite, peaceful place . Large beds and hot water in the shower.

Janisse and Daniel are the best hosts we could have asked for. Very pleasant and attentive.
Excellent location: close to “collectivo” stations, on the river and very quite. All sites of the Sacred Valley are easily accessible. 45 minutes from Cusco, Urubamba and more.
The place is beautiful with an inner large green yard with places to sit and enjoy.
Very good value for the price.

very good location, nice room , everything clean , and all staff and owner of the hotels are very nice and helpful, I had a feeling that I’m not in the hotel , that I’m visiting my friends house . I really enjoyed.

Not the hotel’s fault, but it is located on a busy, noisy street. There were hours of loud music emanating from the street in the middle of the night.
When we checked in we were told breakfast is not offered on site.
Beds were uncomfortable. Overall somewhat rundown.

Very very cold rooms even if outside is 20 degrees.
I was in dorm and I have to ask for toilet paper and they didn’t change trash can in our bathroom.
In room we didn’t have trash can. good for one night but not more.

The manager was wonderful - so kind an helpful. The room and the hotel itself was beautiful and in a great location.
It got very cold at night and our room did not have a heater. I got a portable heater from the manager, but it still was not enough to warm up the room sufficiently.
