It's a simple room, has a bed and a bathroom.

It smelled like cigarettes inside and it was very small inside.

Hotil is a small hotel in the heart of the city. Always great value. Excellent location surrounded by bars and restaurants.

This property is affordable and in great location. Staff were friendly upon check in. Room is big enough for two people. Room and bathroom were clean and tidy. Small balcony was nice.

As there is a bar below building it was quite loud, you could hear music, people talking and laughing for late hours into the night.

The receptionist was EXTREMELY rude when he found out I don't speak Spanish, i got very uncomfortable. Pictures was not the same as it showed, can hear what other rooms are doing.

The guest next door smoked although it was forbidden and my room and bedding smelled strongly of cigarettes. The tv remote didn’t work. It was very noisy at all times as it is right in the town centre and the windows are not double glazed. If you are a light sleeper or would like a quiet holiday avoid… Reception staff weren’t great, lots of blunt yes or no answers

The cleaning lady was pleasant unlike her colleagues

They run a very successful food business perhaps they should focus on that. It was very poor value for money. I believe that I've seen bigger dog kennels. As mentioned apart from the cleaning lady the staff were unpleasant.

I only needed a singlr bed, but did not expect to be put in a walk in closet. Room smelled like B.O. or. dirty mop water. I have had better for less.

Incredible stink of mold and dirt or smoke in the room and very stale, strong stink on hallways. We changed rooms once, second room was not much better stnik-wise; was told there was no other room available. I presume all rooms stink. Thus place should not be open for customers at all before the moldy stinky situation is cleared.

Booked a 'Deluxe queen room' since it was supposed to be the best option. Half of the windows in the room couldn't be opened while the others couldn't be closed, which means it was freezing at night. Cigarette holes burned into the already extremely dirty. curtains. No warm water on the first morning. The room is quite small. Although the staff was extremely nice and helpful.
