Location was amazing, room was really really great. Spacious room and comfy beds.
Air conditioning was amazing in the heat. Overall, a really good experience.
The pump in the bathroom was REALLY loud, and it wasn’t even when you flushed the toilet, had a shower or used the tap in the sink that it would go off. It would go off randomly as well, and it was very loud. Sometimes even in the middle of the night.
The air conditioning started leaking on our last night - leaking bad. Had to put a bucket underneath it all night, and wouldn’t stop. I messaged the host straight away but no response until much later the next day when we had already checked out.
We went out for breakfast and a walk around the day that we checked out - check out was 10:30am and we arrived back at accommodation around 10:10/10:15am and the passcodes for the doors wouldn’t work, and we couldn’t get in. Had to bang really loudly to get someone’s attention inside. Apparently all the codes had been changed already, even though it wasn’t check out time yet. Was really frustrating.

Nice position, next to main pedestrian and commercial streets, near centro storico. Clean.
No personal contact, you get in every time through an app with internet. No sound proof, one big family... No door between the 2 bedrooms of the apartment.

the room was spacious and well equipped although the shower was leaking in our room
the smart lock didn’t work at all while we were there,we had to wait 15 mins at 22pm outside of the buliding until someone came and let us it. We had to go through 2 doors to reach our room and as the smart lock didn’t work every time we entered the building we had to type in 9 digits/door on a super small calculator-lock thingy to reach our room, fortunately we only stayed for one night we couldn’t handle this for more.

Bathroom plumbing was noisy. The key system was too complicated after a long journey and isn’t necessary. Other guests struggled and were knocking late at night to get in and woke us up.

The property communicates only in Italian which was a problem. The system for checking in and getting codes to open the room is quite complicated and made it very difficult for us. A place to leave luggage is at the office of the hosts, which is on the other side of the city, and this service is practically unavailable.

location, convenient in the city center not far from the train station and all amenities around. the room looks exactly like in the pictures, it was spacious, clean and comfortable.
I’ve stayed in end of November and the bathroom was pretty cold. I would add a longer cable for the boiler. The place itself is secure and quiet, but from time to time you can hear noises from the water pump at night.

The localisation, midway between the Bari train station and the sea, 2 minutes walk from the Vecchio is perfect! The room was also super clean, with big windows with a lot of natural light.
Even though the room is on a very busy street, it is surprisingly well sound-proofed - with the big windows closed, we could barely hear the street.
The Vikey system is not ideal. The web app did not work for me upon arrival (even though I had a working internet connexion and followed the check-in steps). Thankfully, the cleaning staff member was inside the appartment and was able to let me in. During our stay, we saw another guest having difficulty with their door handle: it wouldn't lock.
The bathroom is a little bit sad. A new coat of paint would help a lot!

The key access all being done on the Internet, if your phone wasn't charged you'd be in trouble and the instructions were not that clear.

Very clean, large sized room for family of 3. Great for first night in Italy before we moved on. Good location next to shopping area.
Plumbing was very noisy. You have to use data to check-in - clever use of keypad entry but we had to turn our internet data on to gain entry, which a bit annoying.

Great location, easy access anytime of the day (and night:)). The place is in the center close to both old town and the central station but it is really quite. Lots of space in the room. Very clean. I really liked that there was a boiling water jug and some tea and coffee

The situation was great, near the main shopping street.
There was no reception desk, that was a big problem during the night because one of the guest was totally drunked and cannot open his room and was very agressive. we were totally afraid and very hungry about this unacceptable situation. this room is very very noisy and we cannot sleep at all!!!!! i dont recommend !

Lovely place and TOP location but we were missing basic kitchen supplies like glasses and a bottle opener. Even if you are not a hotel, but a b&b glasses are kind of a necessity, no?
Absence of glasses, bottle opener and coffee machine in the hall (which was great) accepted only coins. Would be a nice addition to have one that accepts card payments too.

The location is top, everything is close. The apartment was very clean and bright.
There is a vending machine on the floor, which is great because you can have coffee in the morning.
