Very close to town, which made it very easy to get around.

We had a great time at The Swallow. The house was perfect for our group. Plenty of common space and it was nice having separate room/bathroom spaces plus a huge closet to keep our stuff in! Excellent location for walking to bars, restaurants and shops. The hot tub was a nice bonus.

The Swallow was better than I imagined! Not only was it easy to find and clean, but it was perfectly located near town! We went for a bachelorette trip and we all were so amazed by the house and Saugatuck!

Beautiful, clean and comfortable describes The Swallow! We loved the location, a short walking distance into town for dining & shopping. Morning coffee on the screened-in porch was the best. Great host, definitely would stay here again!

This cottage was absolutely perfect. Spent the weekend with my fiancée and 2 of our children. The cottage was immaculate. The kitchen and eating area were large and well stocked. The bathrooms were large and clean. The bedrooms were all good sized and had nice storage. Love that the primary suite was separate from the rest of the bedrooms. Good parking. An easy walk to downtown shops and restaurants. Definitely would recommend this cottage.

2 nd time staying here. Great location. The main TV would not stream channels for us and the guide said it came with HULU. The coffee maker we had to keep hitting the brew button but otherwise nice house and location

High school friends from the 70s--including some Saugatuck first-timers--had a marvelous weekend at The Swallow. The cottage is perfect for relaxing and conversing and generally reconnecting. We're coming back next year!!

Stayed at the house with several friends for a holiday weekend. We were pleasantly surprised that the house looked even nicer than the pictures. The living room/dining room had been painted and added newer furniture. The location was perfect to be able to walk to all the shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed the house - location and hot tub were great. It was very clean and offered enough space for my four daughters and me. My only suggestion would be towel hooks - they are greatly needed. None in the front bathroom. Also more mirrors for getting ready would be nice.
The week end was a huge success. I would highly recommend staying with Quaint Cottages.

Our friends rented this house last year for 4th of July and we thought it was so perfect that we chose to rent it this year.

Relaxation!
Girls weekend away! We are 3 ladies over 55 looking to just get away and relax. The swallow offered us just that! It was very quiet, we had our own hot tub, and lots of personal space if we needed it. Walking distance to town, restaurants and shopping. It's in a beautiful area and we all felt very safe. Had everything we needed. Flawless check in and out! Thank you for a great week!!
