The staff was amazing. Perfect location and close to Seceda cable car. Had a nice pool and lounger chairs
The bathroom light in my room wasn’t working very well so a little bit dark (room 611)

We had a corner deluxe room with balcony and lovely views in two directions. The room/bathroom was spacious, immaculately clean, functional, super comfortable. Breakfast was great! Parking was convenient and staff were helpful and friendly. Also only ~200m to the Mont Seuc Alpes di Siusi cable car.

Great location, clean room
The staff at the reception (since the reception is in the hotel Angelo Engel) was very unprofessional. Since we were leaving in the afternoon after the check out , we asked if we could leave the luggage in the hotel. When we came back our luggage was standing where we left it (in the hall next to the main door). When I took my luggage no one in the reception even noticed (meaning that anyone could have access to our luggage). When I told to them that that is highly unprofessional, the only answer was “well we are sorry, it is as it is”. The main manager on the reception was very unpleasant and unprofessional.

I didn't like noticing the difference between guests for premium rooms and guests for regular rooms.
In the middle of the night, someone started knocking on my door, I ignored it but eventually, than person broke into my room, it felt horrible.

The staff was very polite and helpful, the hotel is located in the heart of ortisei and very close to the ski lifts. The breakfast was really good.
It was really expensive for the given facilities, our room didn’t even had a fridge. The room was really small and had no soundproof, we were hearing everything from the rooms next to us. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Room is spacious and comfortable. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful. One of our rental car tyre went flat due to puncture at side. It was already closed to 8pm. Hotel receptionist helped to arrange taxi to pick up us. Next day helped us to get toll truck to toll the car to workshop for repair. Without them we will has problem communicating due to language and it happens on Sat which most car work shops not working.

The excellent front desk service at the adjoining property.
Staff & Breakfast service was excellent.
No temperature control in the room, so opted to keep the balcony door open for fresh air.
However, the property located across from the balcony left their lights on at night, reflecting into our room.

Location was very central, 5 minutes from swimming pool/spa and town centre with lovely café and restaurants. Lovely staff and excellent service

I loved this hotel. The staff was very friendly and nice. They gave me a free upgrade to a room with a balcony and a queen size. My room was cleaned every morning before I came back from breakfast. The pool and grounds were beautiful.
It was a little bit of a walk from the center of town, but it had a beautiful view because of that. The pool and spa closed really early.

The driveway to the parking is way too narrow to get in and out. The flowerbeds should be removed to make in and out easier. The parking is very tight too. it’s very stressful every time for us to get in and out.

Everything. All are in very good qualities. The comfort, modern and solid facilities that I know I am well taking care of. Not those fancy design hotels lost their foundations. Excellent location to lifts, thermal bath, shopping, bus, etc. all in 10 min. walking distance. Free access to the thermal bath and swimming pools, even better facilities than those included in hotels. The bed is super firm and comfortable well supported your after sk/hiking body. Breakfast is included and so dedicated. For the value I prefer to stay here than resort kind of hotels.
