Hair on bathroom floor stuck on the back of bathroom door dried up blood on living room floor hair washed inside of the bath towels and nothing was done to help better our stay. Housekeeper needs to do a better job cleaning will not be staying again.

Nothing they allowed me to book a room that wasn’t available and still charged me for the room

Ms Destiny the receptionist was AWESOME❣️She was very patient & kind❣️ Mr Billy the maintenance person was also AWESOME❣️ He was soo pleasant & kind❣️ He made sure anything he could help you with to make sure your stay was the best it could be he did just that❣️ My housekeeper was an African American older lady that I 4got her name was nothing short of AMAZING❣️ She made sure you ran out of nothing including toilet tissue. The rule was they clean on the 3rd day BUT although she didn’t have to clean she made sure she checked with you as a guest to make sure you had EVERYTHING CLEAN you needed❣️❣️ AWESOME TEAM OF WORKERS❣️❣️

I didn’t like Perry the Manager❣️❣️ He was very rude & his attitude sucked❣️❣️ He’s not a people person @ all❣️❣️ I didn’t like the fact that he talked about his workers not doing their job yet the same 3 workers I complimented were the only 3 I saw busting their butts 2 get the work done because he had workers that hadn’t been employed but a couple of weeks calling out of work. He sat on his butt instead of being a team player & help the 3 that had extra work put on their plates because of call outs. I was in upper management for over 25 yrs & I would NEVER see my crew struggling when I could help them especially when we had call outs.

There was a pie left over in the fridge from the previous people and there was no blanket for the sofa bed and when we asked for one, the girl at the front desk said that she couldn’t give me one because they didn’t have any. We had to go out and get our own blankets.

breakfast was fine nothing spetacular. best thing I liked was the stairs. Staff were somewhat friendly depending on who was at the desk. If I had to stay again it wouldn't be my first choice. Then it wouldn't be my last choice. Over all I would give it a 6 at best between 1 and 10.

I love everything about this hotel!! The cleanliness is what really stands out from other places.

Very clean, breakfast was good

Pillows were flat and hard. When I tried to call guest service to get more pillows no one would answer the phone.

Friendly and professional staff. Facility is very well kept and cleaned. Phenomenal housekeeping. Great location. Is my place to stay when visiting Augusta. They always exceed expectations.

Pool was not clean, which was one of the reasons for booking. Also there was some renovations being done, so it was a little loud
