We liked the size of the room and the convenient location that's it.

Bathroom was gross. Butt print on the seat with urine stains underneath. There were other people's hair in the sink and shower. Sheets were stained, dirty and need upgrading. The website didn't mention the pool was closed down for the year. Nor were we told by the person at the front desk.

The desk staff was the most cordial! Very hospitable and helpful.

Property definitely needs a spruce up. Possibly a refurbishment.

Convenient to various locations. Access to I-20 wonderful. Not too far from Grovetown, downtown Augusta, Evans, or even Fort Gordon. Friendly workers.

Water pressure in bathtub wasn’t strong enough to shower. Toilet seats were loose. Water quality was ok. Breakfast didn’t have much of anything but bread and beverage (apple/orange juice) but Cracker Barrel was literally across the street. Quality of door is bad. Meaning door locks and hinges were pretty loose. Definitely can hear everything in the hallway. Bed is pretty firm.

We arrived the front desk had me foe a handicap room with king side bed, my reservation stated I asked for a queen room with two queen beds as I was traveling with my wife and 11 year old daughter. They changed the room and stated it was cheaper, still haven't received my refund yet. Stated they had a pool, my daughter and wife was looking forward to swimming but the pool wasn't open either. We decided to go to the movies, we came back around 12 am and started taking our baths and it was dried up blood on the shower curtain. I went to the front desk and he gave me 2 other rooms to choose from, both rooms had stains on the bed spreads and hair on the sheets so we didn't move. We flushed the toilet then the handle came off and ran continuously all night long. Air conditioner was set on 55 degrees but the room temperature was 79 degrees all night. I don't care if I have to pay triple ANYWHERE ELSE, I will gladly pay it. I don't recommend anyone to go to this hotel, not even to just pee.

Dirty and smelled like smoke. The milk at breakfast was sour. It went bad. Honestly I’m mad because I paid 80 dollars for this crap.

Location was what we liked

I am not a fan of critters inside of a location. I understand they happen but throw a bit of pest control into the budget. First night one in the bathroom flicked it into toilet and flushed, second night big fella climbed the wall behind the tv. They offered another room and I did not choose to take it, asked why would I want another room when I have eliminated the bugs in this one. They knew it was fact because I caught and brought the second one down to the desk and asked him if he would like to address the issue. Breakfast was very simple, not a problem but yogurt was expired and after that I did not even try to eat at the location.
