Location is very convenience

One week stay then have a clean, too long. Change towel needs to pay. How could you have two towels for a week to stay? Too directly then.

We had a great time at this flat. The location is amazing only 2 minutes from train station and 5 minutes walk from bars, restaurants and shops. There’s a lift which is handy.

Perfect for accessing the town and especially the lovely Marche de Noel. Great for catering for ourselves for a quick supper and breakfast. Would use this company again for other locations

My 3rd stay here. It's so convenient for the Christmas market and shops. I like the extra freedom in using an apart-hotel. Breakfast whenever you want (lots of wonderful patisseries nearby), can pop back to make lunch with food from the daily covered market. It's so close to lots of brasseries & restaurants for dinner. The rooms are warm and spacious.

Despite being described as suitable for disabled people the loos are not raised and there is no grab rail. Other than that everything is on the level and space is quite generous. I did notice that some areas of the room need a bit of maintenance i.e. the doors are getting chipped and the paint is flaking in places. The hotel is aimed at students and business people so should really have a light on or near the desk.

Very good value for money and the location was good.

It was not super clean, especially the floors, but mostly it was fine. Only thing bad about the stay were the staff. They messed up our booking with giving us the wrong room type (a double instead of 2 single beds) after giving us a confirmation a few days prior that we would get single beds. I understand that this can happen and while annoying, I wasn’t pissed at the hotel until I experienced how the staff acted when I told them about this mistake. They were completely dismissive and when I complained upon checkout that no one had even said the simple word “sorry”, the lady in the reception didn’t even think of saying sorry herself. I did not get the impression they cared about customer satisfaction.

Good location (10 minute walk to the centre and good restaurants), very friendly staff and helpful staff.

Accessing off the Autoroute was a little tricky and we ended up needing to do a 15 minute loop at rush hour as we missed a turn. But minor inconvenience.

Easy walking to museums, restaurants, champagne houses.

Walking distance to the city downtown

Our room was too close to the train tracks.
