Almost everything was exceptional. The rooms and all common areas are very well designed and the concept is astonishing. Very good taste. The staff is lovely and we felt welcomed from the beginning throughout the whole stay. Everyone was friendly and happy to give advices. Good breakfast and the location near the water is really nice.
The only thing is that maybe a small fridge inside the room would be nice

The staff was wonderful and made us feel at home. They were very helpful with information of where to go. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was very good. The hotel is located close to the sea and not far from the main roads so it was easy to get to places.

Beautiful property elegantly appointed, delicious breakfast, and outstanding personal attention from the host. Convenient for transportation to the airport, and walking distance to great dining and downtown Ponta Delgada. Look forward to staying again!

The staff was exceptional, so nice, really helping! we loved them so much! the hotel is just right on the beach, the breakfast is great, hotel is clean and located in a quite good place (not far from ponta about 1km from the port, but still not in the city center). The staff is ready to help you with your program in case the weather gets worse or give you tips and help you with anything you need.

I booked this accommodation last minute, but I was super happy we ended up here. Starting with the ocean view, do recommend to choose one of the room, which facing to the water. Your mornings will start with the friendly and utmost helpful crew and of course with an amazing breakfast! The place is unique and stylish, you will feel yourself home.
The airport is close, and the location is great to explore the island from. There is a promenade by the water, where you can have a nice walk or run. Don't hesitate to book here!

Location was great, about 20 minutes from the main strip of Ponta Delgata. The staff were fantastic, giving us recommendations each day. They even gave us a care package for the airport because we were checking out before breakfast, which was also fantastic each day. The room was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view. We will definitely return!

We stayed here for 7 nights and everything was perfect - the breakfast was nice, it’s super clean, the location is perfect for any trip you wish to make, it’s also very quiet and private (even on NYE). The rooms are very nice and comfortable. Last but not least, huge thank you to the two ladies who made our stay feel like home! Thank you, Jessica&Annabella!

The staff was super friendly, helpful and informative. We received some great tips about touring the island and places to eat. The included breakfast was delicious and ample. Our room was very clean and comfortable.
Two minor things - the lighting in our room by the closet was not very good, so it was hard to see what was in our luggage after unpacking. Also, the signage for the inn is very small and the address of the building was painted over and hard to see, so we had some difficulty finding it as we drove by in our rental car.

The place was amazing, the staff very friendly. There is a common area where you meet and have fun with other guests. there is an easy parking in front of the building.
10 minutes walk from city centre but this is not a problem at all since given that renting a car in the island is a must so 2 minutes drive.
alla were perfect the only ‘negative’ i could say is the room needs some more brightness/light which i guess is due to the cozy environment of the hotel
