good position and good big room

there was a drain small when we arrived that needed dealing with and it was. However the room was described as having kettle iron and hair dryer none of which were there. Hairdryer was given when requested but had to go searching for staff as reception only staffed when you arrive. We had a three night stay and the room was only cleaned once and towels as well once in our 3 night stay. we expected at least a change of towels and bins emptied every day. The sheets were not changed whilst we were there.

Friendly owner and good value hotel near the port of fournoi. Very easily accessible on foot from the port and all amenities restaurants and shops.

No breakfast is included. But its realoy good value for money even without it.

The owner has been very friendly and welcoming. We received all the informations we needed to move around the island, plus extra handful suggestions for restaurants and car rental.

Location was very close to the city centre and the owner/staff was very helpful with advice upon checkin. Room was spacious and we had partial sea view.

There was no shampoo or shower gel provided so we bought our own.

Everything was perfect. Great room and helpful service. Excellent location near the port and the main street.

The location was great - just a couple of minutes walk from the ferry terminal, with supermarkets and places to eat all close by. There is also a beach right in front of the property, though there are other beaches a little further away that are nicer. The room was serviced every day.

Be aware that, in the one bedroomed apartment, there is no actual door between the bedroom and the living room, which could create privacy problems. In addition, contrary to the description, there are not two sofa beds - only one! They can set up a fold-away bed, but I'm not sure where, since the space is quite small. I had told the property when I booked that a friend and her daughter may join me for part of the time but, when that friend tried to call (several times) to confirm this and ask them to make up the sofa beds, she got no reply. Then, when we arrived at the property, it took us time to find someone to let us in, even though I'd let them know ahead of time which boat I would be arriving on. The kitchen equipment is "tired" and isn't really sufficient for 4 - for example, there are only 2 cups and we had to ask for some things that were listed as being in the room, such as a kettle, hairdryer - fortunately, my friend is Greek so communicating this wasn't an issue, but it might be for some.

Room clean, tidy & a good size. Owner / staff very helpful. Good location just a little off the main area so quieter. Owner allowed us to keep the room beyond check out time as we had a late ferry (2200hrs) which made life easier.

First room had very bad drain smell, however another room was offered immediately without question.
