easy to locate in a quiet area

Executive rooms are very good. There is limited car parking, but it is via a car lift. We asked when booked and were allocated on arrival, no problem.

A nice hotel within walking distance of the town centre. Conveniently located near the station for arrivals by train. Good szed, quiet rooms and modern decor.

It would have been reassuring to have been able to pre-book the parking space. Access to the car park is by lift (quite a tight fit) and exiting the car park in reverse is quite a memorable manoeuvre.

Hotel provides a nice family room, The room was clean and the shower was nice too.

Needed better pillows or more pillows. It would ne good if spare pillow would have been provided. The parking facility is good but very tight spot to get the car from out and back into the lift.

Would have liked Kettle / tea provisions in the room. Thankfully was able to get this upon asking but a nice herbal tea after a long day travelling makes a nice addition so might be worth thinking about.

The hotel is in a great location, right in the center of Miranda de Ebro, and next to the train station. The room was stylish and comfortable and the bathroom was big and clean. The breakfast was great, worth the money. The staff was very nice and always happy to assist. If you have a small car, you are able to park inside through a parking lift. For me it was very convenient as I was there for business.

Perhaps the only observation was that my room had a window facing a yard, where you could hear some noise.

The breakfast included in the booking price was excellent, the room was very clean, well appointed and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. A very enjoyable stay. Good restaurant.

Parking. We were lucky enough to get a parking space below the hotel which is accessed via a lift for the car. This wasn't a problem, however, if you cannot get one of the limited spaces you are left with metered on street parking wherever you can find it. Spaces at the hotel are issued on a first come first served basis and there were only about 7 spaces including disabled parking.
