Staff were lovely

The toilet seat was broken Stains on the couch don't know if it was poo or blood The kettle had mould and stagnant water in it nearly made me vomit The air conditioner nearly killed me when I turned it on, as there was so much dust that came out, I have COPD so I had a coughing fit all night Bugs everywhere Shower glass was filthy Beds were soft in spots and hard in others, needs a major update and clean. I was very disappointed.

Nothing

Firstly, I was apparently double booked on their system and my entry was cancelled. Management was able to sort it out. Then the bedroom had a leak problem with half the floor soaked. There was not alternative other than to stay in the room.

Room service for tea was quick and enjoyable. Staff supper friendly and nice quite location.

Everthing was above what i expected

Staff are exceptional

No mention of stairs

Bed was comfortable

It’s felt the car is insecure parking
