Very clean room, air conditioned, location close to the beaches and to the center, nice group game for kids . The breakfast was very good , tasty and freshly made. The room was cleaned every day !

The city center, beach, shops, etc. are within walk distance even with children. There are parking spaces front of the building.
The breakfast was delicious, the staff is friendly and helpful.
Every room has air conditioner, our room was nicely cooled when we arrived.

Staff was very friendly and competent! Breakfast was simple but great (fresh, homemade). Close to city center and beaches. Parking available and it is free! We definitely recommend. :)

Staff, common Terrace, close proximity to the harbour and the breakfast were the biggest highlights of this stay. The room itself was how you would expect a clean and cosy room :-)

Great location, 10 minutes walk from the centre of the town, super friendly staff, super clean room, very nice breakfast. To sum it up, really good value for money and would for sure come back.
My bathroom was really tiny, a bigger person would have a problem even turning around inside

Location is gorgeous (between old Town and beaches near the park)
Everything is very basic (we expected a bit more comfortable facilities). Breakfast coffee could be better. This hotel do not expect cards!

The breakfast is good and it is nice that you can sit outside and in the shade! The location is great with free parking and the center just 3 minutes walking. We had a balcony and that was nice to have.
The price is too high for what you get. We had expected more. The room is big enough and okay but the bed is not good. The matrass was too hard and really not comfortable. If they change this, it woud be a lot better. The bathroom was really small and you couldn't turn in the shower because how tight it was. The airco is right above the bed thus you cannot leave it on whilst sleeping. And you have to pay cash in kuna, be aware if you book because you have to pay a fee if you go to the bank....

Quiet location and close proximity to town. Parking was easy. Big room balcony was nice.
No shampoo in the room and no hair dryer.

The breakfast was very good! It was a very convenient location for parking your car and walking into town along the waterfront.

Everything was perfect. Sanja, Katarina and the lovely lady are the best! The made my stay in Rovinj wonderful. I'll be back
