Location right near the bus station

WiFi didn't work in the room

well-built and close to the bus, the terminal and food cafés

The bedroom was totally spiritless emotionless being only in black and white, with no colour for any sense of warmth! It was a terrible environment to be in! It was like being in some kind of mausoleum or morgue for the night

very close to the bus terminal so perfect for if you need to travel the next day tv worked, not that we used it

wifi not strong in the rooms no towels no hot water beds very very hard shower leaked into the room

Great location for a stop over if you need to use the bus terminal whilst travelling onwards for Bucaramanga.

The floor was full of long black hairs and a dried millipede. The walls felt grubby with dead bugs stuck to them and just overall it didn’t feel taken care of. We had one towel between two of us and when asking for another the housekeeper wasn’t happy about giving us another. Other reviews said the water was hot - it wasn’t. The air conditioning did not work, yet it’s too noisy near the bus station to have the window open at night. There’s an additional charge of 3000COP that’s per person per night not stated on booking.com, this came through via an email after booking. ‘ El seguro hotelero tiene un valor adicional por persona por noche de 3.000 COP. La alimentación NO está incluida en la tarifa.’

The jacuzzi is ok. The places are comfortable.

There are a jacuzzi but not a pool.
