The room needs more space and care with the smell coming out of the toilet.

Great value for money. Prompt responses from staff on booking.com messaging.

-close to the city and very clean

-cleaning was too early and 100€ daily was a big price

Good price for a room that was really in the Rambla, close to restaurants, etc.

Not close to the beach, so if interesting in going to one, you should have a car.

The location and the parking, the Staff were super helpful and friendly - thanks for that

The rooms smelt a little Smokey and there is a strange noise going on and off all night not so bad that I couldn’t sleep

Generation's noice kept me wake the whole night. Also they only had one light in a room - no bed light. So if you woke up at the night, your partner woke up as well, as you had to put the lights on the whole room. First nobody opened the doors when we arrive in the afternoon and nobody answers phone either. When they finally came to open the door, they kept me waiting for 20 minutes when they were talking to phone in Spanish. I had no understanding if the telephone call was about my room reservation or if it was about totally something else. I felt it was impolite to totally ignore customer while talking to a phone. We would have not stayed in the hostel if Booking.com didn't force us to pay anyhow.
