Everything was okay

We had been robbed on the motorway 20 mins before arriving at hotel. The duty receptionist, Beatrix Dominguez, advised we go straight to the police. Her English was excellent so she phoned and explained what had happened. She calmed me down, was extra caring and kind and she made what was a horrible experience more bearable. My husband and I can't thank her enough for being 'her' as she is such an asset to the hotel. We wish this lovely young lady the very successful career she deserves.

Whilst it's brilliant to have parking available, getting out required a lot of manoeuvring because of the very steep exit route.

Excelent and helpful staff

Carpet in hallways old. Aircon very weak. A lot of noice from street and other rooms woke me up continously.

location was good. it was clean and comfortable.

our fridge didn’t work and nor did they come fix when they said they would.. I felt the lady running breakfast was not very friendly was very rude when I was going to take some of my breakfast back to my room..

The staff at the hotel is very friendly; the bed was very comfortable.

There is an unpleasant situation with the hair dryer, it stops after some time and I had to wait to be able to use it again. Not sure if this is a standard procedure, maybe it's normal for this to happen at hotels with built-in hair dryers. But I did not like to spend 15+ min to dry my hair.

Garage gate. You need call reception every single time to open a gate. Some times it takes up to 5 minutes and because you blocking the road local cars cant pass you

Hotel is located about 5km from the Alicante center easily accessible by the bus that runs every 10min. Located in nice old district that lets you feel a bit more Spanish culture than like in typical holiday resort. Nice breakfast, rooms are ok.

The nearest beach (2,5km) is difficult to get there by any other way than on foot or by car. There is no carsharing, city bikes, shared scooters or even uber or bolt in the city. Crazy. Otherwise no cons regarding the hotel itself.
