Glutenfreie Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet
Wenn es heiss ist, hat man kaum eine Chance das Zimmer runterzukühlen
Und die angepriesene App für Check-in oder Frühstück bestellen, hat es beide Male sehr verkompliziert, was es für alle Beteiligten nur mühsam, zeitaufwändig und anstrengend machte

Es war unkompliziert und angenehmer Aufenthalt. An der Rezeption war ein sehr netter Personal. Frühstück war vollkommen ausreichend. Das Zimmer was wir hatten war einfach perfekt und sauber. Ich würde sehr gerne nächstes mal wieder kommen. Vom Aufenthalt würde ich mir vorstellen auch länger zu bleiben.

Zimmer waren ausreichend groß, bequeme Betten. Alles sauber und gute, ansprechende Ausstattung.
Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür.
Lage ca. 10min Autofahrt in's Zentrum.
Parkplatz kostet 6€, kann man sich jedoch sparen, da in der Umgebung in de Straßen immer was zu finden ist.
Frühstück war überschaubar hinsichtlich der Auswahl. Für ein Hostel geht das aber in Ordnung.
Was überhaupt gar nicht ging- Frühstück geht bis 11Uhr, um 10Uhr wurde schon nichts mehr nachgefüllt- Tomaten, Gurken,Frischkäse, Pancakes, Saft, 2.Käsesorte alles leer. Blieb auch während der 30min Frühstück auch so.
Noch schlimmer die Tatsache dass beim Frühstück (gg. 9.40Uhr) schon um einen herum Stühle hochgestellt und gefegt wurde.
Der Online Check-in per App ist nicht möglich. Nach Eingabe sämtlicher erforderlicher Angaben geht's einfach nicht weiter (etliche Bewertungen im Playstore sind entsprechend- scheint auch schon sehr lange zu bestehen), also über Website erledigt.
...ABER auch dort Probleme. Angeblich diverse Zahlungsoptionen, nur dass allesamt einen Fehler verursachen und lediglich eine Kreditkarte akzeptiert wird.
Für eine solch große Kette ein NoGo.

Das Personal inkl der Reinigungskräfte waren immer hilfsbereit und sehr sehr freundlich gewesen
Das Frühstück ist in allen A&O mir persönlich einfach zu dünn, also zu wenig Auswahl. aufjedenfall fehlt das Rührei.

The hostel is really a travel trough and perfect for that. But the city taxes (2.52 per person per night) and parking for the car (6 euro) made it more expensive than anticipated.

Simple but super well-functioning room, when you (family, solo, couple) just need a place with a good bed and private bathroom.
Breakfast is excellent, considering the price. No fancy bull****, but everything works well.
Great if you're in town for work, tradefairs or simply as a sleepover during long travels.
Three things to improve:
- Staff barely speak any english (assume you speak german).
- Room gets hot during the day, so it can be difficult to fall asleep if you're used to cooler bedrooms.
- We had a no-smoking room, but you could smell that it used to be a smoking room.

There is no bedsheet on the bed, only a mattress cover.
There is no hot water heating machine in the room.

I stayed at three different A&O's hostals during my trip around germany and this one was without a doubt the best one. Personal is very friendly and helpful, the bathrooms are clean and the installations are nice. The Hostal is around 13 minutes away from the train station on foot, and right in front of it there is a bus stop that will get you to the center of the city and near the most important attractions in town.

Location of hotel - near to town, shops, fast food, petrol station, bus route.
Huge family room with soap, shampoo, towels and bedding.
Large reception area.
Big doors to shut off noise from reception area at night.
Staff sorted out heating problem immediately.
Family rooms had no rooms above so not disturbed from above.
Key card locking.
Bus stop (Line 7) outside the door.
Clearer info about parking charges needed (but very reasonable at €6 a night)
Smokers congregated outside the family rooms. A designated smoking area would prevent smoke from going into open windows on the ground floor.
No kettle in room.
Very clearly a school trip hostel, however was a family group we were really pleased with the facilities offered.
