Properties owners are friendly and helpful, but admittedly are a little OCD about the cleanliness of their space, texting us as late as 9 pm to remind us about rinsing off our feet (for a second time) before entering the property. Only one roll of paper towels, one trashbag, and two dishwasher pods provided (w/ one allocated for checkout). Be advised to bring your own basics, just as paper towels, napkins, salt, pepper, cooking spray, etc. also we realized after cooking dinner there were no oven mits and had to improvise :]. Beautiful space, it just felt like the owners were more concerned about keeping it pristine than making us feel welcome.

The condo was just the right size with just the right amenities for our family of 4! It was very comfortable and the view from the balcony was beautiful! We were able to watch the fireworks Friday and Saturday night and listen to the music coming from the neighboring hotel and beach bar. Overall, it was a great experience and we plan to do it again!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Location is great and condo itself was exceptional. We plan on staying here again when we go to SPI.

Wonderfully clean and updated property right next to the beach. We had a wonderful time and the interaction with the owner was flawless. Security of property area was very good, allowing us to enjoy a safe and wonderful experience during Spring break. Our visit was awesome.

My wife and I enjoyed staying at this condo for the week starting the day after Christmas 2023. Very clean, and newly renovated, we appreciated the interior design. Even though the unit is small, it felt large and warm. Only complaints were the master bed mattress or box spring needs replacing as way too soft for 6'-1" 250 lb man (discussed with owner). If you want total peace & quiet, the music from Clayton's Beach Bar could be potentially irritating but didn't bother us. Also the stove eye control labels need replacing (also talked to owner about afterwards) as it was a guessing game of sorts. The kitchen is well sized and equipped with spotless new appliances which was nice as we cook and cooked the trout we caught with no issues. Would be nice to have icemaker in freezer though. All in all, the kitchen was fairly well equipped but you will need to bring basic spices, etc. and cleaning supplies. Short walk to the beach. Don't bring a lot to carry as you do have two flights of stairs to climb to the front door. The pool is right at the front stairwell to the unit and was clean and nice with very friendly winter Texans visiting. We enjoyed our stay.

My husband and I enjoyed our first trip to the island and wanted to be close to the beach and it sure was! Everything was perfect for our stay and we enjoyed the accessibility to everything and the comforts of home!
