Room was clean and comfortable. The staff were so friendly and very helpful. The breakfast had a decent selection for Bolivia and lots of eggs. Located pretty centrally and easy to get to. The pool was nice and my daughter had fun swimming.
Be aware that there are no elevators. Next door to the hotel is some sort of gym or activity center that had a competition and party that went late and was pretty noisy each night.

Dirty. The hotel is run down. The bathroom is very small and does not look clean. The floors were sticky- not sure what they used to wash them. Loud. I was waken up at 4 am by other guests. The bed covers were very thin. Extra covers that I found in the chest, did not look clean or pleasant. The laundry service? I could not wear the tshirt next day after washing! So wrinkled! Breakfast- bugs everywhere. They weee crawling in the meat! Instant coffee. Not very appetizing. Check out was very bad!!! The reception desk person did not know how to run my credit card. I stayed in several hotels in Bolivia and several hostels, but this hotel was the worst for the price. Not worth it!!!

Tired and old. didn’t feel that safe for the first time in our travels through Peru / Bolivia. No safe in the room. Breakfast was bad.

The location of the hotel is very good.
The breakfast menu is quite meager. The room is small and there is a lot of noise from outside on weekends. The officer has little interest.

We arrived in the early hours and the gentlemen on duty was helpful and also spoke very good English.
There is no lift in this hotel and some rooms are on the 3rd floor (like ours) so lugging heavy suitcases up and down is not great. We had a family room which had air con and was clean but a little cramped for our liking with 4 beds in the 1 room.

The hotel was clean and centrally located. I communicated with the staff ahead of time which helped. Also, they were very helpful in getting taxis to other parts of the city.
The hotel has at least 3 floors, no elevator but it's not that tough to walk up to the upper levels. You can request a room on the lower floors if you need one.

Nice open layout, nice pool, all clean.
They charged me a half day lodging just to stay an extra 4 hours after checkout and use the pool with the kids. That might be fair, but it wasn't what I understood would be the cost. In retrospect, the misunderstanding might have been because of my poor Spanish, but still the guy at the desk wasn't very nice about it when I contested the cost.

Big room, good but not great bed, had a frig, stove, micro, etc. I checked in at midnight, the lights were out, I thought, oh no, but, a guy came, opened up, I was in my room in ten minutes, nothing fancy, but he was ready for me...big points !!The location is close to the main plaza, stores, etc. Pretty darn good breakfast included. Not fancy, but for the price, a working A/C., very good wi-fi....Great value.
Not the hotel fault, but there is a sports facility next door, gets a bit loud til about 10:30 at night, otherwise...all good.

Considering we only stayed in the hotel for one night, it was totally ok. The room was large with a big table with five chairs (even though the room is only for two?). The breakfast was varied with the cooks bringing out freshly-made pancakes and eggs. There is access to the pool, which is much needed on hot days.
The layout of the room was very strange and not very cozy. The kitchenette was tiled giving an impression of a butcher shop. There was only one window in our particular room and opened directly onto a staircase, so you of course had to keep it closed all the time.

Lovely warm welcome, staff spoke in inglis to help make me feel comfortable and taken to my room.
My room backed onto a sports hall which was echoing and loud in the mornings.

The location was very central and other place could be reached by taxi. Santiago and Miguel helped me very well and I felt really safe in the area/hotel. The personnel was quick to reply in case of any issues.
There is a lot of noise in the area and the windows are not completely isolated, so it might not be the best option if you need to a siesta. Other than that, they mixed my white laundry with collered clothes resulting in change of color.

The staff was really nice and helpful, and spoke good English which was a big help. They let me check in early which was really nice after a long flight. The bedding and towels were super soft and comfortable.
The shower had a slight smell and the breakfast could be a little better, but still had enough stuff to eat.

Excellent location three blocks away from the main square. Cozy room, swimming pool, helpful staff.
Bathroom too crampy, breakfast could be better. wifi keeps freezing.

Very nice hotel near the main plaza (5min walk) with great facilitie. The room and the shower are big. Nice terrace with a pool. Bfreakfast buffet is nice. The staff is great and can manage airport shuttle.
