This place has the worst design ever. The windows are on the hallway side instead of on the outside. This means that everytime somebody goes in the hall not only you get lot of noise but also a shine of light into your face (they have automatic light sensors) On top of that TV randomly turns on with blue light in the middle of the night waking me up again All in all it is impossible to sleep here and the price is quite high compare to other places Also, the room is very small, no hot shower and the shower doesn't even have a showerhead (you just get a stream of water)

The double room was amazing and so comfortable, the bed was excellent.

Sometimes to much noise at the front of the room, it could be cool if is possible to isolate a little bit the room from the noise.

The receptionist was really nice and helped me call a taxi collectivo to the airport.

Perfect when staying one night to catch an early bus in the morning. Close to the terminal, 10 min up a hill to reach the hotel and 5 minutes down to the terminal. Good value for the money.

Bite noisy

The staff was very king, the location was nice and handy for people who is traveling across Bucaramanga. Also, the air conditioner worked pretty good and the internet connection was fine.

The cleanliness can be better, the bed clothes was almost transparent and had cigarette burns, The mattress and pillows needs to improve. I got a neck pain after one night :(

The staff was very friendly, woke us up and booked us a taxi even though i only briefly mentioned that we have a flight to catch the next day. The restaurant upstairs is very good and affordable. Great location if you arrive by bus to catch an early flight

There is a loud street outside so do not book the room without aircon because it will be very difficult to fall asleep. No hot water

Good location, very close to the bus terminal and closer to the airport than staying in the city center. Great value for money and nice rooftop terrace with a view for breakfast!

Room was awful. Ni window and close to the AC so it was very difficult to sleep because of the sound. Cleaning was not great. Neon light in the room, it was very aggressive. Breakfast not included.
