Pague por una habitación superior y no había agua caliente y bombillas se apagaban y encendían y me cambiaron a otra habitación de inferior categoría pero pagando la de superior categoría. Las camareras del desayuno groseras y maleducadas.

Only thing good about this hotel is the location.

I've been there a couple of times, with ups and downs. This time, I was having a nap and they moved a family to the room next door, which is connected by an inside door, which was luckily locked. However, I could hear all the banter and noise from the shower. I woke up and couldn't go back to sleep. I have a 5-hour journey every time I stay there, so I need to sleep to recover, that's the main reason I stay there. So, I had to cut my stay short and checked-out even without spending the night. Did they offer a discount? No. Maybe they're not allowed, but the least they could do was appologise. I'm not staying there again soon.

Hotel muito bem organizado

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room had no ventilation whatsoever. The air was very damp and windows were wet every morning. Also we had a view on the back wall of the next building.

Our rooms was cleaned every day and fresh towels and beds made. It was consistent service over our 5 nights.
