No coffee in room and machine at reception only available for welcome drink in afternoon. Small room, poor standard bathroom.

nice location just by the station and also walking distance to the castles

quite old hotel even it’s a new building but it’s not a big issue if you just want a good value stays for one or two nights

Air con - we were told to not use it by cleaner and open window. Rooms got warm at night and had to open window albeit slightly due to some street noise. Better ventilation system is needed. Washjng machines - one in particular, drawn to staffs attention, did not go to the cycle time of 38 mins (took 90+ mins wash only). They need servicing.

The location near the JR station is very convenient. The bedroom is clean, the bed confortable.

English spoken by the staff is limited but sufficient for an efficient check-in and check-out.

It is across the street from the train station, one block away from a convenience store. It was the fastest wifi in the whole month I stayed in Japan.

The stay for work was very much an utilitarian one. There isn't much to say in negatives, it filled in every single need. For a short stay, it was perfect.

The location and breakfast

Great location, right by the train station and bike rental companies. This hotel was very convenient as we were able to have our luggage sent here through the "cycling without baggage" service as we rode the Shimanami Kaido to Imabari. Staff were friendly and the place is very clean.

Close to station bike hire convenience stores. Hotel has bike storage in lobby. Is clean. Really hot and strong water pressure.

Room faced south. Hot and airless. Has air con but didn't seem to work. Water evaporative unit provided but not sure how it worked.

There wasn’t much space to place luggage in the room.

Location is great! Staff is friendly and the hotel and room were very clean.

We could not figure out the AC controls so it was a little hot in the room. That's just due to a language barrier on our part.

The staff were foreigner friendly. They are also well prepared for people who have just cycled in from either Shimanami Kaido or other areas on Shikoku. The room was spacious and bed was comfortable. They also have bike racks to accommodate cyclists.

Nothing - everything was perfect.

Helpful staff- very pleasant- great location with respect to proximity to the station and bicycle rental stores.

Little inconvenience for the car, parking area is further and have to wait for the staff to tap the gate in order to go in.
