the hospitality of the host and the cleanliness of the home. they gave us keys to the door so we could come and go as we please. they had an amazing selection of breakfasts and drinks. the rooms were spacious and very clean. the beds had heating pads so if you get too cold in the night you are able to warm it up a bit.

Absolutely wonderful stay! Conor and Eimar are by far the best hosts I have had the opportunity to meet. Walking in felt like stepping into my home. Room was comfortable, welcoming, and crystal clean. Breakfast was great and hearty giving the kickstart we needed for the day. Conor took care of me and my son as if we were family members, gave us advice on sightseeing, booked our taxi and even drove us to the city center a few times. And he never forget to bring us our milk and water for our evening tea. Had the best Irish breakfast I could ask for! 100% recommended! (Melissa and Sal)

Connor went above & beyond to make sure that I was comfortable during my stay. The couple who owns the property are incredibly sweet, I really enjoyed my stay.

I loved everything my stay, but the location can be tricky for taxis to find, so definitely make sure that you give them the area code when traveling.

The location is great. The Lodge is beautifully maintained and Colin, with his wife, are excellent hosts.

A really beautiful house in a great position convenient for Galway City. The rooms are spacious and well furnished with very comfortable beds. Everything is absolutely spotless. The breakfasts were beautifully prepared, and there was plenty to eat to start each day well. The coffee was particularly delicious. Our hosts, Conor and Eimear, were so welcoming and helpful, even driving us down to the ferry when we were running late. We had a brilliant stay and we thoroughly recommend this marvellous B and B.

Everything was perfect!

Conor and Eimear were the loveliest hosts, going above and beyond to make us comfortable. Eimear drove us into town instead of us paying for a taxi, and Conor posted us something we had left behind. The bed was wonderfully comfy and the location was perfect for anyone wanting to explore Galway.

Very friendly and caring owners, giving us all sorts of tips and suggestions. Connor even offered us a ride to the city for the first night.

The breakfast was exceptional on both mornings. The hosts were friendly, pleasant and helpful. Also thy were very thoughtful with little extra touches making the stay even more pleasant. Loved the balcony upstairs, perfect for relaxing or reading a book.

Connor was such a welcoming and helpful host. The Lodge provides very comfortable and spotlessly clean accommodation. The breakfast is excellent, particularly the poached eggs!

it’s extremely easy to find, the house is superb with amazing views, it’s exceptionally clean and the hosts Conor and Eimear were amazing. Couldn’t do enough for us. would highly recommend this b&b.
