Mi è piaciuto molto lo stile della struttura. Appartamento elegante e accogliente

Consiglio un tavolo per il pranzo perché dovevamo mangiare sul tavolino del divano. Inoltre consiglio l’acquisto di uno scolapasta e cose base tipo il sale .

Il bagno senza apertura, cucina con pochi utensili, ed una camera al terzo piano accessibile da una sola scala in legno.

Tolles Haus. Schöne Lage, direkt um die Ecke der Gönneranlage. Atmosphäre der Gründerzeitvilla passt auf jeden Fall sehr gut zu einem Aufenthalt im traditionsreichen Kurort.

Zunächst hatten wir keine Bettlaken für die Ausziehcouch. Allerdings waren die Gastgeber sehr hilfsbereit und es hat sich schnell alles gelöst.

geen lift, kamer op hoogste verdieping betekende dat ik mijn zware koffer naar boven moest slepen. Er was geen personeel, alles moest via email geregeld worden, evt ook vernieuwen van handdoeken en beddengoed.

Die Lage war toll

Die Matratze war eine alte, dünne Federkernmatratze, höchst unbequem. Des weiteren erwartet man, wenn es eine Mikrowelle und einen kleinen Kühlschrank hat und wenn in der Bestätigung eine Ferienwohnung gebucht wird, dass es auch eine Abwaschmöglichkeit für das Geschirr hat. Nein, man muss das Geschirr im kleinen Badezimmer im Lavabo abwaschen.

Good location. The appartment is well equipped with key essentials. Washing machine is definately a big plus for a family with kids. Coffee machine. Free parking.

Difficult to adjust water temperature in the shower. The toilet carpet was pretty smelly. Per agreement with the host it was removed-so, the issue was solved .The shower head holder was not working properly-had to hold it in hands which made it difficult for kids to manage.

Clean ,comfortable,easy check in. Apartment 3 had a washing machine which was great ;but kitchen was very poorly equipped if you were thinking of self catering

Poor kitchen utensils

The apartment was very aesthetic, comfortable and very clean. The bedrooms are huge. The neighbourhood is very quiet and safe. Communication with the host was excellent. Very good location and with parking available at the property.

The AC we were provided was portable, which is typical for the region, especially since the apartment is located in the attic. This meant we had to leave the window open and improvise with a mobile phone cable and towel to prevent insects or rain from entering the room.

Spacious with comfortable bed. They even included dishes for our use. Also, free parking was wonder and close to downtown and the spa.

The area is so peaceful and quiet, with a beautiful garden and elegant architecture. This part of the city is full of soul. I like also the fact that the room has 4 different windows. - The person on the Phone was kind and thanks to her, the small problem with the shower (no warm water on Sunday) was fixed very quickly.

- I would have need a mug / cup for Coffee or tea and basic kitchen équipement (1-2 forks, spoons and plates). - I would have need more blankets and bigger, I suggest you offer the possibility to clients to add some more if, like me, they get cold easily. - For me, the system of box is too complicate because I put the code but then it did not work. Fortunately, another guest arrived to help me.

When we arrived, we had to call a foreign cellular phone number in order to get the code to open the key box (we used WhatsApp for that, as we didn't want to pay for an international call); then when we opened the door of the room, we thought we arrived at Versailles Palace! High ceilings, long curtains, gilding on the furniture, on the lamps and on the tap and shower. Every thing nicely renovated. Very quiet place; nice villa; redwood trees in the garden; private parking place.

The location and Villa overall was nice. It also had free parking which was great.

The bed in our apartment was horrible uncomfortable and creaky which is the most important aspect of a stay. This was very disappointing given the price paid.Also this is more like an air bnb however the room was too small for that. So neither was it an air bnb and neither was it a hotel since there was no room cleaning. Even basic toiletries were not there in the room.

the place is quiet and the bird song in the day is lovely. Having a washing machine is great too, and there is even a fan for extra ventilation

It was close to town. The small but comfortable room had everything needed, just the walls seemed a bit thin as we could hear the conversation in the next room.

There was no-one on-site if we had any questions. The room wasn't cleaned the whole time we were there and none of the coffee or sugar was replaced for the 3 days, small thing but it makes a big difference
