Lage gut und Preis ok. das war’s auch schon.
Außen Pool Anlage ist schön.
Kein WLAN kein Internet.
Sowas mit Kindern geht garnicht mehr heutzutage.
Auch Netflix hat nicht funktioniert.
Von Kakerlaken die auf dem Boden rumlaufen mal abgesehen ist das Condo echt klein.
Wenn dann Internet und Netflix auch noch nicht funktionieren, dann ist es nicht mehr empfehlenswert und leider war es so bei uns.
Ich war von booking com gezwungen worden, weil mein bereits gebuchtes Appartement direkt am Airport kurzfristig storniert wurde…das hatte ich auch noch nie.

There roaches, dead and alive in the room. I also live roaches along the hallway. The TV wasn't working properly.

We liked the pool, and its near the place we were going. Also we can cook, saves money.
The door handle in one of the room we stayed at is broken. Cannot be open from inside so my friends had to call me to open their room door. The owner told us they will send a repairman to fix it but they did not. Also we dnt know that using the pool we have to pay a ticket. That was the first, their reason is its not a hotel but a condotel.

Location walking distance to MOA.
I booked this after looking at the description and feedback which stated that there is Sea View from the Balcony. Sadly I was told on checkin that sea view room is not available. Instead view my balcony was facing north with a 3 year old mega construction site blocking the sun. I have fotos of this and the poor condition of room walls and cobwebs in every corner. Prior to check in I received a call and 2 text messages asking for my name which I provided each time from a person who declined to give me her name.

I like the host, she's very accommodating and helpful in my inquiries.
The place is clean. The staff are very friendly. Everything is very accessible and a 10 mins walk from Mall of Asia. I was with my two teens and they like the place very much.Great place for a short vacation.

miscommunication between what booking app details and the property staff. app check in time request was approved but the property staff didn’t know. check in was also not on time with was written when i booked it (2pm).

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The apartment itself is clean and I just love how accessible the location is.
Hair blower and iron for clothes were not available.
