This was a lovely little cottage equipped with everything you could possibly need. It was fun to watch the tide go in and out in the cove and see how the landscape changed. My sister and I were visiting family that live in Bath and so this was perfect for us. We definitely would rent it again.

A delightful cottage. Fresh, airy, super-clean, and lovely hosts. Morning coffee with sweet view over the cove; birds coming and going made our stay extra special. The home has everything you need for cooking meals, spices, condiments, and all the dishes and pots & pans you'll ever need. Close proximity to our day stops... Popham Beach, Bath, Doubling Point Light. and a few local hikes. We thank you for sharing your home!!!

This was our best VRBO experience ever. The cottage was perfect and included anything one would ever need. The owner was friendly and kind when we called to ask about how to turn on heat. Quiet, beautiful neighborhood with lots of opportunity to watch birds. All around lovely setting, cottage and experience with owner.

What a lovely getaway! The house was the perfect size for the two of us overlooking a peaceful cove. Fully functional kitchen so we didn't have to eat out for every meal. The owners were wonderful to work with. We have been coming up to this part of Maine for many years, and this accommodation is definitely some place that we would return to and recommend to others.

My partner and I adored staying in Deb and James's cottage on Brigham's Cove in West Bath. The property is just as described, and even lovelier in person. Deb and James are friendly and communicative, and helped facilitate a smooth stay. The kitchen was fully equipped and their space felt just like a home away from home. We loved the decor and how the space was full of antiques. We enjoyed kayaking in the cove and saw multiple herons and cormorants, and even a bald eagle! The spot is private and offers access to nature, while also being within reasonable driving distance to Portland and Brunswick. The town of Bath is worth exploring too! I would absolutely love to stay here again :)

Quiet, clean, fresh, and serene! Very easy home to inhabit! Well equipped kitchen - host has graciously thought of everything. Upper level loft primary bedroom is lovely, and one can access the bathroom on the first floor with the spiral staircase. Worked Fine for us!

A very clean, cozy, and well appointed cottage, with an ideal location for us - lovers of wildlife, kayaking, and Popham State Park.

The property was in a fantastic location-immaculately kept. Best stocked kitchen-the owner thought of everything. We are a senior couple/upstairs bedroom was not accessible for us-but we were able to stay downstairs, near the bathroom. Could use a full length mirror-otherwise, a perfect week!

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful week at this lovely cottage! One of the best surprises was the warm cove water. We were able to swim every day which is something I don’t usually do in Maine! The property includes everything you could possibly need or want. The owners have made sure that you’ll be comfortable during your stay. Renting the kayaks was a plus. We hope to return!

My wife and I spent a week and couldn't have been happier. Not one negative...clean, inviting, peaceful, relaxing with the most amazing view out of the livingroom that pictures cannot describe. The neighbors were friendly on the rare occasion you come across one. Access to many interesting fun tastey towns and places. Freshest seafood on earth and that view out the living room window.........thank you Deb And Jamie.

The cottage had everything you need and would want for a vacation rental. Very clean and extremely well stocked. The owners have provided a binder with all the info you need to make your stay enjoyable and stress free. The location is quiet, with wonderful views and an abundance of wildlife....a resident blue heron and bald eagle and a visiting seal in the cove. The cove is beautiful in October!

What a pretty spot and cozy cottage. We loved our weekend here. Every detail is thought of in this clean, attractive cottage. The views from the giant living room window is so lovely. It’s easy to lose yourself watching the tides come in and out!

This property is in a very secluded wooded area, which made for a very nice and relaxing stay. We enjoyed the cabin as it was clean and comfortable. The cabin was well stocked with all the necessary amenities. We enjoyed the small town atmosphere of the Bath Maine community.

We’ve been to Deb & Jamie’s cottage before and we were so happy to return. The area is so beautiful with so many places to explore. Great hikes, good brews and plenty of places to eat well! We’ll be back for more for sure!!!

We LOVED our weeklong stay at this charming and cozy and well-laid out and well-located cottage. It was fun to explore the cove (osprey nest, fishing, kayaking) as well as check out sites in the neighboring peninsulas (Popham Beach, Reid State Park Beach, and the Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens are must dos). We enjoyed lots of fried food (eg 5 Islands Lobster, Morse's Coastal Kitchen) and ice cream (Fielder's Choice) and also found some really good healthier spots (Sisters Gourmet Deli and Wild Oats Cafe) and enjoyed coffee/pastries from Creme Cafe in Bath. Jamie and Deb were super helpful and incredibly responsive from first contact. We would highly recommend the property and would definitely return.

We absolutely loved our stay at the cottage. It was the perfect size for 4 of us and the location can’t be beat. We traveled all around with ease from Portland to Freeport to Boothbay and everywhere in between. Highlights were Popham Beach and Reid Beach as well as Monkey C monkey do ropes course which was a highlight for the kids. We kayaked into all the nooks and crannies off the point and husband caught the biggest striper of his life off the dock. This was the cleanest and most well-equipped rental we have ever stayed in down to the spices and lobster bibs which we surely used for our lobster feast including mussels we harvested at Reid beach. Beds were comfy as we like a firmer mattress. The only thing that could possibly be improved on is to add an air conditioner (like a mini-split unit) which would help with humidity and heat. We got lucky our week as it wasn’t too hot like the week before. However, the humidity was pretty extreme some days and the dehumidifier could not keep up needing to be dumped out frequently. Overall this was an idyllic Maine vacation that brought back wonderful memories of my childhood vacationing in Maine.
