View was bad (faced the wall of another building), lift didn’t go to my level (had to either climb 3 floors or take the lift and climb down 2 floors), in the middle of Japan town that gets very rowdy at night.

A peaceful haven in HCMC. Great location, stay here, you won't regret it. Dung on reception was an absolute delight.

You get what you pay for in terms of the room itself. Super kind and helpful friendly staff. Awesome location.... And the catch.... An amazing gym! Beats any other hotel gym I've ever visited. Hidden gem.

Great clean and spacious apartment at a nice location in the heart of little Japan area. I had the best possible welcome by Dung Le. She was very friendly and helpful showing me places to eat and shop around, thank you so much:). Highly recommended place for your stay in Saigon.

Its a very good location. Its generally very quiet inside. The apartment is spacious. Facilities like the kitchenette are better than you might expect. Generally its a very good package.

I’m not sure there is anything to dislike.

- the ladies in the reception are super nice. Dung helped me many times and gave me valuable advises - location is very nice, in Little Japan - lots of nice restaurants with ramen, massage places and bars - comfortable place for working on laptop - good lighting in the room - AC wasn't freezing the bedroom - it's possible to lock the balcony glass door, on the contrary to some opinions

- a bit hot in the kitchen (not sure what is the purpose of the glass separating the bedroom from the kitchen) - kitchen could be a bit better equipped

Not easy to find at first - a map, better instructions could help. No lift so carrying luggage up stairs - its OK but only OK.

it’s a really big appartment with a great gym and the girl at the reception is just awesome, such a nice girl helped me out with information, even lent me her umbrella so I could walk in the rain to exchange my money and has good English skills. for this price just worth it

The staff were so friendly and hospitable! They set up a WhatsApp group so you can message them at any time of you have any questions or requests. The location is excellent, everything is within walking distance, the room was spacious and bed comfortable, the gym was really big and I enjoyed using it daily (often with no one there!)

No window in the standard studio and despite this you can still hear music from bars until the early hours of the morning. We were provided fresh towels daily but only 1 for the 2 of us? But they didn't do any other housekeeping (such as emptying bins etc). Also worth noting that the area becomes somewhat of a 'red light district' at night

easy, late arrival someone was there that helped me with the bags, only bad thing is that building I stayed at didn't have elevator. GREAT Gym! i was actually impressed they even had a climbing wall and small soccer field
