The studio is great and well equipped with everything you need! It’s situated literally 5 minutes from the beach and the host is absolutely lovely and super helpful.

The apartment is spacious, equipped with everything necessary, perfect for couples, and now it has a separate entrance (with an elevator). It's close to the beach and even has a little view of the sea. The owner is very kind and friendly.

The elevator door is sometimes tricky to open/close properly.

Very Large and well equipped self contained studio with a private spacious south facing balcony. Location is very near the beach, Municipal Park and Zoo with ample shops and restaurants nearby. Bus stops for local buses also nearby. Lucia was always on hand and happy to resolve any issues

Because access to the studio is only via the main property at present, which could discourage some if they tend to come and go a lot especially late at night, although the problem didn't arise during our stay. Lucia is in the process of providing a dedicated access to the studio which when finished will eliminate the need to go through the main property.

Lovely, large room and friendly host. Great location, very close to the sea and very good value for money.
