I made a reservation on Booking.com. They would not honor it. THEY SENT ME ELSEWHERE! The rooms are MUCH more expensive for foreigners.

I booked ahead of time. When I got there they said no room. Don’t believe what they say! They also charge foreigners a lot more.

Rooms don't have much ventilation

They didn't let me stay! They said that the cannot allow foreigners - so they brought me to another hotel (at 2 am...)

No cleaning under the bed dusty. No breakfast as I had breakfast in my deal wen booking.

The location. It was very close to Mumbai international airport.

The booking confirmation promised us breakfast which they did not deliver. Moreover the receptionist, Mr Upender tried to over charge us. The agreed price on booking.com was 1159 but they tried to get 1635 from us. But settled on 1435. The whole thing felt like a scam.

The room was completely dirty and the bed sheet & towel were not changed. The bathroom was also not cleaned. It looked as if the room was aloted in same condition in which earlier occupant left the room. very poor staff behaviour. Would give zero number if i had option to do so. Even changed the hotel after at night as it was not possible to sleep over there. Would request Booking.com to have a check over the hotels available on their platform as this type of hotels degrade the name of the site from which it was booked as well.

Anything wasnt likeable about the hotel expect the location.
