We had everything we needed. Very clean. Perfect for our 2 nite mini vacation. I definitely plan on staying again.

The resort is beautiful! The condo was incredibly clean and well maintained. The bed was super comfy and we were bummed we couldn't stay longer. We will definitely be going back!!

The villas are large and very well constructed. A very nice location that is quiet but 5 minutes away from anything you need. This place is ideal for family vacations. We will definitely be back again!

The Legacy property is exceptionally relaxing with stunning mountain view and impeccable grounds! Love every day there.

I like to share with people the goods and the bads - so here it is: Goods - spacious place would fit comfortably a family of 4. Bedrooms are on opposite side of the unit providing privacy. Lots of cooking items in the kitchen so you can make anything you wish. Great location within the city - near shopping, restaurants, movie theater, etc. (within 5 miles). Also great location within the complex - 3 different pools are just steps away. Nice work-out facility on property. BBQ grill on the patio was a plus! Cable TV with plenty of channels. A/C worked well. Bads - a lot of things in the apartment are noisy - the ceiling fan in the living room was unusable due to the noise (owner should look at getting this fixed). The mini-fridge in the bedroom was also very loud. The noise of the people above us was quite loud at times as well. For the cost of the cleaning fee, I felt there was a lot of responsibility put on us to clean and do laundry. Wasn't horrible - but the washer/dryer was very loud too - and we washed towels the night before we left to have enough time to get all the laundry done and it was inconvenient. There were 4 loads of wash we had to do - white towels, beach towels, sheets for master and sheets for 2nd bedroom. It's a stackable so you can't fit much in. My husband has AT&T Wireless and had very poor coverage. I have Verizon and it worked fine. Suggestions: Bring your food and drinks with you and a cooler you can wheel to the clubhouse or pool. The food they have available for purchase is not very good.

We enjoyed our stay very much!!! The unit was nicely appointed. Very convenient to clubhouse, main pool, and fitness center. There were several smaller pools near us as well. The 11 am required departure was challenging given the required housekeeping duties. A tip: Plan your departure as there are a few housekeeping duties you will need to perform predeparture to reduce housekeeper time in preparing the unit for subsequent guests and to avoid penalties. Will plan to stay at Legacy Villas our next trip.

the impression of the property, the unit, and the grounds was very nice and would highly recommend it. the only pet peeve I have is having to do the dishes and laundry and them charging a hefty cleaning fee their instructions stated that we had to do this and I thought typically that the cleaning people do this...ha ha ha was I wrong.

Wow! This was a great find! Security gate at the front. We conviently parked in front of the condo. Big kitchen. Very well appointed bedrooms. Quiet. Right next to the Resort. Our family of 5 had a wonderful vacation!

Beautiful grounds and property that made me feel like I was on the Mediterranean...... Fantastic pools, a garden of hammocks so you can sway in the evening breeze, perfectly manicured and all in the heart of La Quinta. Extremely close to all the golf courses and downtown La Quinta. Owner was super nice and helpful!! Thank you. My wife and I enjoyed the two weeks we spent in your place. Cheers!!

Myself, my wife and another couple spent a week in this beautiful location and truly enjoyed ourselves. We have already started talking about going back next year and after seeing our pictures of the accommodations and grounds our friends are asking for Daniel's contact information. My family had a wonderful time during our stay and found that this villa was perfect for our needs. Featuring two master bedrooms, cute patio and all the amenities of the community, we had all that we could ask for during our stay. Two young children (8 and 9) enjoyed going to the pool daily and loved the hammock garden and all that the community has to offer. I'd definitely recommend this condo to my friends and look forward to return trips with my family.

My family and I loved our time at Legacy Villas. It was a perfect gathering place for our family holiday. We were able to rent several villas in close proximity to each other. Everyone thought the accommodations were the comfiest they had ever seen, especially the luxurious beds and private bedroom suites. The unit was extremely clean and very well stocked with all the best cookware making it easy to prepare great family meals away from home. The unit was located close to the main clubhouse and hammock garden. The owners were great to work with and made sure that our stay turned out perfect. We will return next year and would highly recommend this unit to anyone.
