We had a great time! The house was very clean and comfortable! The weather was extremely hot, so the pool was a little too warm to cool off in, but the house was cool and comfortable. Will definitely stay again. Thank you very much! Cindy & Tom

This is the second time staying in this beautiful, spacious home. It's close to my Daughter, peaceful neighborhood, relaxing, and everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy this home!

Property was superb!! More than expected. Kids had a blast in the pool. Could not have asked for better location or home for our stay. We loved it!!

First off I would like to thank you for sharing your home with me and my family. My family all loved the house and the layout. The pool could be about 15 degrees cooler but other than that I give it a two thumbs up. I’m looking at coming back again. One of the metal wicker chairs broke and I bought another one that matches the set from big lots. Followed the check out binder and all was done let me know how it goes thanks again

We love this house and screened in heated pool. Lots of space all new appliances Free pizza. We have been here 2 summers and will return.

This is our second stay and it really feels like being home. The property is located in a nice quiet area, everything is close by. The house is very lovely, the pool is our favorite and is well maintained along with the landscape. Also very thoughtful of owners of leaving a gift card for a pizza night. We will definitely continue to be back.

This is our second year staying in this Home. Yes, I said home, because the amenities and the comfort and cleanliness of this House makes you feel at home. You’re just a few minutes away from the beach a short drive to great shopping food and entertainment. Cannot wait to come back next year.

We stayed here between last week of May/early June. Visiting from NH, we have family in town nearby, this house made our reunion much more convenient than hotel. Heated Screened in Pool is by far best feature of house. Kids were in it the minute they woke up. Laundry and updated kitchen very helpful. Besides the hairball in master shower drain we found on first night, this house is super clean. Some things I can point out are: the fine print, this house is temp locked at 76 for most of day and 72 at night ! We lucked out with weather this year but I can’t imagine staying at this house during July/Aug. We offered to pay a fee to drop the temp to 74/day, 70night, or even a mid 73 all together, owners refused to negotiate. Email instructions didn’t match 100%. We got in late at night, having a scavenger hunt for the binder with the helpful information such as Wi-Fi at 10 pm was not easy. (And we had bad cell service at this location). Master bed is really, really high!! I’m 5’5 and needed a chair to climb in. No step stools anywhere on property . Bedsheets are clean but many stains. I also wish they had an air pump for the pool floaties. Lastly, I know we are expected to buy our own supplies and groceries, but we only had 1trash bag supplied by property. I thought this was a bit odd but they did have dish soap, hand soap and paper towels. All in all, highly recommend this one, just learn from us and do your homework.

We had a nice time in the house, the commucation with Annette was very good but the pictures should be updated, the bathroom in master bedroom was new and really very nice👍.

This was our second time staying at this lovely property. The online pictures are beautiful but, believe me, the house is even better than the pictures suggest! The master bath has recently been remodeled. Think luxurious spa... Huge soaking tub, walk-in giant shower with a rain shower head.. Perfect after a long day!

This is a beautiful property and the property managers are always available to assist. They make sure you have the necessities waiting for you until you can get to the store. Very thoughtful

Home was well kept. Lots of special homey items for decoration. The grass, pool etc. we’re maintained well. . The rooms were spacious. All appliances worked well. The pool is solar heated, lovely and great place to relax. Our questions were immediately answered by the owners through Vrbo text. We will be back.

It was a very comfortable and relaxing home. Neighborhood was quiet and the ease of access was great after a 14 hour drive

We travelled 800 miles to stay at this house for a wedding that was in Mims (about an hour away). The area was perfect for us because it was not touristy and we mainly hung around the house and private pool. The house was amazing. Upon arrival, they had a new house cleaner that didn’t leave toilet paper, paper towels or garbage bags. One quick message to the owners and we had the stuff brought to us within the hour!! I would definitely choose this house again. Thank you all so much!!

This was our home base as we shopped for a new house in the area. We could not have asked for more. The space is large and inviting, the pool gave us a place to relax and check out, and communication with the hosts was spectacular. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

It was in the upper 90’s almost 100 on our drive down and the house was uncomfortably warm to the point that my husband and myself were notably sweating. When I contacted the property manager they stated that the air is programmed to 76 in the day and 72 at night and that they can “monitor” the house and it was currently 75 degrees. I was very disappointed that the owners felt like it is okay to determine what temperature is comfortable for their guest. They would not allow us to cut down the air. We left within 2 hours time. They did refund our money and the home was beautiful otherwise. Sad that we had to leave due to sweating through our clothes. Lost money in fees. This is an upscale, immaculate home with excellent amenities. The pool is extremely clean, and we used it every day. This is a top notch rental - from the beautiful furniture and the reclining sectional to the comfortable beds. Beautiful kitchen with granite countertops and great breakfast bar. Very modern appliances and everything you would need in a kitchen. In fact, I made our airline reservations based on the availability of this property.. That says it all!

Only positives! Location was great. Close to everything we wanted to do. The house was immaculate and tastefully furnished. We loved having a pool all to ourselves! I would highly recommend this house to a family, or group of friends, that wants to get away!
