Service & Staff were very friendly. All was great Yet security or staff should be more attentive to the floor as there was a young group of inconsiderate folks for 2 nites extremely loud from 1-3 am & I had no service on my room phone to dial for assistance from hotel .

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very attentive as well.

The staff at the buffet breakfast were great. The area was clean and the food was hot. The female workers were pleasant and very helpful. If something needed to be replenished she quickly refilled with a smile. I spoke to one staff named Maria who couldn’t be helpful enough. I would definitely stay there again.

Always a great stay. The room smelled musty, like it needed to be aired out and ventilated.

Staff was very nice. The only issue I had was with the safe. It's down on the bottom of the closet and I had to get down on the floor to use it - not easy at 76 yo. Then it would not lock. I think the battery was dead. I reported it but was never repaired. Also the housecleaning service, although very nice people, did not come to my room when I was out all day until I came back ready to relax. I know they have to prepare rooms for turn around but it seems like it could have been done earlier.

As a Gold Expedia member I’ve been staying here for several years already and it’s very nice and they maintain the facility and property pristine. That’s why I always stay here when I’m in the Deltona area. I highly recommend it.

One of the best places I’ve stayed in the entire USA. Such a friendly and super CLEAN staff. The rep at front desk Alex was super friendly and polite. He made us feel as we came over to stay with family. His genuine kindness made the experience that much more memorable. The room service entire crew were kind and always friendly. The morning breakfast is outstanding. They make sure it’s always stocked up and it actually changes everyday. Beyond what you can imagine. And quality of food is better then diners.

I stay here when I visit my mother in nearby assisted living facility - so between my siblings and me, we probably stay here 40 nights a year. We check availability at the hotel BEFORE we book flights! We’ve had to stay at other places in Orange City, and feel this is the best place in town.

I stayed here due to a cancelled flight out of Sanford. Everything was clean and it was a good stay.

A little outdated! They claim to have one bedroom at least with a divider. Not the case. King size bed by the window and a small live seat and tv on the side of it. But pics show divider so it was not what I expected but no big deal.

Excellent customer service and quick check in process. Good quality breakfast and very, very clean facilities. They clean the rooms and immaculate and the toiletries available are so top quality. Dove products and an abundance of whatever you need.

I was in my room for less than 2hrs and i couldnt handle the smell in the room. i left the hotel i know i lost my money staying but i just didnt even wanted to share my reviews with the gentlemen in the front desk, he just help with check-ins nothing to do with the bigger picture.
