Very good service great food in restaurant

Hotel and casino are nice. The room is cosy and clean, nicely decorated, well equiped. Bed is the most comfortable bed I have ever sleep in. And to be honest, that's probably it? Everything else, nah...

1) First, most of the receptionists and waitresses are rude and uninterested. 2) Second, I came to the hotel with my boyfriend. I don't play any poker, so he was the only one who came to the casino to play. But, the most shocking thing to me was that I had to pay for the entrance to the casino even if I don't play there. So I had to pay for the entrance to the casino just to enter the restaurant or a bar to have a drink. 3) In my opinion, the restaurant was expensive which wouldn't be a problem if the food is really really good. But the food was average. Also, there is no room service, so you'll be "forced" to pay the casino entrance every day (if you want to eat or have a cup of coffee). 4) There is no information on the website that even if I'm staying in the hotel I have to pay extra for the wellness and pool. And again, even that wouldn't be a problem if the price, that is on the promotional tickets all around hotel, is correct. Overall, the experience was average, not really worth the price in my opinion.

Great room (we have had suite 321) with perfect soft comfy bed with a choice of pillows, nice bathroom with bath tube, walk-in shower and thick towels. Free minibar, functional wi-fi and electric-driven curtains (loved by our 4-year old daughter). Very welcoming and helpful staff at reception (English and Russian speaking). Enjoyable spa with heated pool and three saunas (I especially liked the herbal one). Spacious parking and easy to find.

What we did not like is actually extremely easy to improve if owner would kindly read this. Restaurant SHOULD be accessible to children. Not all your guests are players, please keep this in mind. Not only we would have pay 10 Euros for casino entrance (not interested since I spend a lot of time every year in Las Vegas, anyway, not a problem), but no one younger than 18 is not allowed to casino, and the restaurant is INSIDE casino. There is no room service and therefore we had to go somewhere else to have a dinner, again, not a big problem. But the breakfast IS a problem, because you can not even get coffee or tee without entering the dreadful casino). Other thing. We have stayed at many 5-star hotels all around the world and NEVER we were asked to pay cash on site for spa. This SHOULD be improved, no excuses. People go to spa from their rooms bare naked, in bath robes, and should NEVER be sent to a cash machine! Come on, its 2021 coming! Last thing - please mention in your Booking description that minibar is free with this room category.
