Convenience to family staying in Jupiter Villa. Lovely restaurant and bar close by.

Mattress was too hard. Also could have done with a net curtain on kitchen window, as our kitchen was right next to stairs leading to first floor. Had to keep curtains closed otherwise you could see right in.

Extra charge of 50 euro for cleaning .I'm a solo traveler so thought this was unnecessary. Never encountered this before in all my years of travelling

Excellent experience at the pyramid and would recommend it to everyone as a must. The staff and the venue are just simply amazing and the staff will go above and beyond for their guests. We have just come back from 3 weeks on the island and had a wedding at the pyramid as we fell in love with this place 20 years ago. It was absolutely fantastic and all our guests thought so too.We also stayed in a couple of the apartments at pyramid City and the rooms are beautiful with lots of space and accessories for everything you need for self-catering. The pool area is stunning and it's also lovley and quiet for those that love to relax. The restaurant and cocktail bar is perfect and stunning to watch the sunset from there. It just is simply superb and I thank each and everyone of them for making not just our holiday perfect but also our wedding day. Look forward to next year's stay.

Nothing to not like about this place.

I really liked the apartment, it was spacious and modern and the staff was very helpful and welcoming.

The mold smell was intense, the Wi-Fi was very weak, the house had some insects and the main bathroom had a leak.

Hermes apartments are very spacious, feels like living in private villa, everything is in the walking distance, very polite and helpful staff. All in all, very worth staying and very good choise

Friendly staff good ammenities and well equiped appt

The room was comfortable & had the essential equipments available for a nice stay. The bed was big and comfortable. The little balcony was lovely for breakfast. Maria was really helpful and we got all our questions answered super quickly. What we liked the most was the pool area & overall the properties’ surroundings. It was so nice that we had a clean and refreshing pool, which we could mostly use by ourselves, as during our stay, it seemed that we didn’t have many neighbours. Furthermore, two nice beaches were close to us, so we didn’t have to travel all those curved roads, in order to have a nice swim in the sea. The Pyramid restaurant was really good! The food & cocktails were great, the staff super nice and the sunsets and Albania in the backdrop were amazing. All the essentials you might need, can be bought from an nearby village Roda, which was max 10 minute drive away. There was one bigger and newer supermarket, which had a good selection of groceries with OK prices (can’t remember the name, but it had glass walls and it’s on the left side of the road in the village, when driving from the Pyramid).

These are not really something we didn’t like, but perhaps just something to take into consideration: - Wasps. It’s not the issue of the property, but rather the whole island’s. If you have allergies, you might want to keep an Epipen close by. Although we never got stung or anything, even though every morning they wanted to join our breakfast or other meals during the whole trip on the island. - We bought our own toilet paper, based on other reviews here. Would recommend that also, as we weren’t brought more, when the room was cleaned. - WiFi connection wasn’t the greatest, so it was sometimes a bit difficult to work. - In the apartment, there weren’t any seasonings besides the sugar. So you might wanna buy some, if you would like to cook something. - Albania is so close by that the phone service provider switched many times between those two countries. So would not recommend to keep your mobile data on all the time.

Everything, Can't fault it! From the managers dedication down to the room maids who always smiled and said hello.

Location was amazing!!! Amazing sunsets,the dining was 5 star,we went between their own beach and another larger beach within 3 minutes walk of each other. I have never met happier staff who will bend over backwards to get you anything. Cleanliness was agsin 5 star. I don't really do reviews but feel I needed to this time to compliment the whole of Pyramid City Apartments. I will be doing a full review on trip advisor as this stay here has been so pleasant for me and my family. Well done Nikolas and everyone of your staff..

Not what we expected

The apartment is situated in the North of the Island which is quite quiet with only a few restaurants something to bear in mind. We were happy with the apartment itself very clean and modern and the infinity pool was great. The staff were very nice and friendly and were always on hand to help. Personally, I would recommend staying a few days as we found a week too much.

We had a couple of days in which the internet didn't work. But the staff were able to fix it after 2 days. The mosquitos are also an issue on this part of the island!
