Ein Schlüssel für Haustür wurde erst nachträglich auf intensives Bitten mit Verweis auf möglichen Notfall mit Elektronik- Ausfall gestellt. Abfluss von Dusche und Toilette kaputt. Dusche hat aus dem Abfluss gestunken. Bad für 5 Leute nach dem 2. Tag unbenutzbar.Keine Reaktion auf Anruf und 2 Mails. Keine Reparatur bis zum Ende des Aufenthalts. Duschen daher unmöglich. Ein Klo blieb für 5 Leute plus Kind. Winziger Wasserkocher für 5 Leute. Kaffeemaschine ohne Sieb, daher unbenutzbar. Vorher Nerverei , weil alle Personendaten nochmal eingegeben werden mussten. Nie wieder Málaga Center Flats. Nie wieder booking com. Viel zu teuer und unkoordiniert

Excellent location, with a very small balcony five stories above the plaza in front of the cathedral. The air condition functioned really well. A reasonably well equipped apartment. Modern. Comfortable. Not very noisy at night, given the central placement.

The cleaning before we got there could have been better. Dirty mattress and duvets, but the duvets were changed after we notified the hosts. Also the cupboard used for storing clothes was very dirty. No hooks to hang up towels on the bathroom. Rather small apartment for the price.

The location of the apartment is great. It is close to the old town, the marina and the places of interest in Malaga. There are lots of restaurants nearby. There is a partial view of the very impressive cathedral. The apartment is spacious and has a kitchen area, great dining table with chairs and a sofa. It was clean and there was always plenty of hot water for showers. Having two separate toilets was a bonus for friends travelling together to Malaga. The two bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The staff who we contacted prior to arrival and during the stay were very helpful and the entry process worked well. With some upgrading this apartment would be an excellent option from which to explore Malaga.

I have stayed with Cathedral flats before and last time we had a wonderful apartment in the same building on the top floor. The two bedroom apartment on floor three needs upgrading. Just a few things would make a big difference. It needs: painting throughout, a new coffee table in the lounge to replace the one that is old and peeling, some new cushions for the sofa and new towels. There was a smell of drains when entering the apartment.....opening the large window overlooking the street helped.

Not being able to gain entry for two and a half hours because the batteries were low on the appt door key pad..it ruined my stay as I was unable to go shopping plus the great inconvenience of trying to contact the appt agency to fix the problem..I had to find a bar with WiFi to try and make contact on a hot afternoon with luggage..I would have expected some compensation..terrible start to my one night in Malaga..NEVER AGAIN..not as good as the photos..

So, where to start with this property, let me start by saying, DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY. At first glance when booking this apartment you are WOW'd by the pictures, the balcony's the Cathedral views the luxury pictures, I booked what I thought would be a beautiful apartment for my 10 year wedding anniversary, it turned out to be a complete nightmare. we arrived at the property at 5pm on the Thursday, upon entry to the apartment you realise instantly this is not the apartment in the pictures, it was dark, dated and not the 5 star experience you would be expecting. The single bedroom was very dar just 1 small single bed with no sheets on! the main bedroom was small but the balcony view was an air-conditioning unit a mop and bucket and no room to sit and look at the cathedral. the front room showed double doors and seating on the balcony in the pictures but the reality was 1 small person could potentially sit out and the cathedral you can barely get a glimpse - the bathroom looks like something out of 1980s or hasn't been changed since - the shower is old and dirt and im 6ft2 and couldn't stand up to go to the toilet as there is a boiler above so you have to sit down, the kitchen is dated and the cheap flooring is coming apart all around the apartment - for the €700 I paid for a few nights I was DISGUSTED!!! I immediately contacted the property to explain this, and firstly they said they would look to find us a new property, they then said, I made a mistake and was looking at the wrong pictures, then there was radio silence for the next 3 hours. My wife and myself popped to the shop to by some water but on return 8pm we found we could not enter the property, the door is a code pad and we tried to contact the property to explain this - NO RESPONSE - we had to purchase another property with the worry we would not be able to get back in. the property finally responded nearly 24 hours later explaining they could open it remotely!!! STAY AWAY!!!!

Perfect location, fully equipped flat, located in the center of the city, excellent view to the cathedral, small balcony with a table and two chairs. It was not too noisy as the restaurants are behind the corner. We were very satisfied.

Great apt in a perfect location in the heart of the old city. Apt is located in one of the beautiful old style buildings with an elevator to all floors. Apt was totally modern inside, with access to balconies overlooking the main street and stunning Cathedral. We had a wonderful time in Malaga.

Apt was perfect size for 2 people, maybe a little small if there were more adults. Entrance instructions were a little lacking. There is a key box and a key pad on gate to enter. We struggled with key box for key before realising that we were to use key pad to enter. Button to open the gate when leaving is opp lift, we missed this and spent about 15 mins with gate before ringing for assistance. Those instructions on the initial message from apt would have been helpful.

Nothing. Property was lovely. There is a lot of noise from bottle recycling fairly regularly but it didn’t spoil our stay.

The location was biggest draw to this apartment. Right in the heart if the city.The apartment itself was very well appointed. Everything you needed . Very comfortable

the location and views to the cathedral

The location is great, overlooking the cathedral in Malaga. We enjoyed the "buzz" of the area. The streets are exceptionally clean every morning. We had difficulty with the lock initially. The management team was with us in about 5 minutes to help. Great service. The booking team was also super helpful before we arrived.

Whilst we enjoyed being in the heart of the city, if you want uber quiet streets overnight, be aware there is some intermittent noise cleaning the streets overnight. The balconies face east which will be great during the summer; the sun is a bit too low in the sky to catch any sun in the winter.
