The food was delicious, staff very nice and outstanding. Room cleaned and we'll equipped.
On our last morning at 8 am a couple entered our room while we were still asleep. Their card was declined but then we got to know after a week from the general manager that our lock was faulty. The worst part was that we were sleeping comfortably and these 2 strangers saw us in bed naked, they were shocked let alone us. The general manager all he could offer was an apology and a complimentary meal which for us means nothing after we were so ashamed with the incident. Apart that we were celebrating our anniversary and it got ruined with this accident.

Nice decor, clean, lovely pool and areas to relax, loved size and facilities of Family room, very friendly and helpful staff.
There was mould around window in bedroom.
Good selection of Gluten-free food but apart from fruit there were no gluten-free desserts.

War nicht sauber und diverse Sachen wurden nicht aufgefüllt wie z. Bsp. WC Papier, Nasentücher, usw. Beim ankommen wurden wir nicht aufgeklärt wo was ist.

Tempature was ove 40 but air conditoner did not work without any fun and no staff's explanation. Locked out from the gate and room for several times and we have to walk down to reception for 4 mins with 10times walk down. I saw people stays up stairs were more worse without elavator. Some staff being lazy and show worst attitude which really hate and they never brought the ordered item.
wifi never work during my stay even we asked. They can share wifi but only limit to near by reception. Lastly they ask me to pay penalty if i leave the in room and i had to walk down 8mins.

Cleaning level and kitchen staff.
The hotel was good at the beginning. But due to a heat wave, there were power cuts by the government, which is of course out of the hotel’s control, but what is really surprising that there is no fans available in the hotel. One of the power cuts last for 24 hours, which is insane to stay in this weather (42 degree) without such a fan or a good generator to make the AC works. Another point, there are some staff in the hotel, they use their access card to open the room door without knocking the door which is really strange and unprofessional especially that there is no locker from inside.

Lovely rooms and very friendly staff. It was my husbands birthday celebration and they upgraded our room, and gave us a nice birthday treat.

The room was a good size, the pools were a nice area too. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Also restaurant & bar staff were excellent.
Housekeeping - in the five night / six day stay that I had at the hotel my room was only cleaned twice. I complained about this on several occasions, even to the Deputy Manager who assured me my room would be cleaned, but still it was not. Very very disappointing and poor service - would definitely NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.
Food - there were very very limited vegetarian options in the restaurant.

The resort was clean and tidy throughout. The staff were extremely helpful and were always available to help and double checked with us if we were 100% happy. After a room upgrade our stay was much more comfortable and we all enjoyed the facilities. Breakfast was delicious with a huge variety of options.
The rooms weren't sweeped as often as I would have liked.

The experience that this hotel provided was very good. The staff was extremely friendly, the service was above the top, the facilities provided by the hotel was top of the top as to the value/money! Truly recommended place to stay with your family/friends/partner. Keep up the great work! Thank you for making our stay special!
