The hotel and staff were fantastic, no complaints there. However, the location turned out to be terrible. I had hoped to be closer to the airport on my last night, but I didn't anticipate the troubles that awaited me. The area was riddled with drunks, with drunks in the pool, streets, cafes, and restaurants. The constant yelling and screaming, outside my room, along with loud headboard banging all night, made it impossible to sleep. To make matters worse, the taxi fare was higher than what I had paid for a trip from Palma, despite the close proximity. Never again Arenal.

Really nice and helpful staff, clean rooms, nice hotel, pool with bar and possibility to order food. The hotel included a restaurant with excellent food. A beautiful beach right in front of the hotel. Overall, we were very satisfied.

One of the biggest discotheques in the area is right next door, so it's a bit noisy at night. Especially if you have a room with a sea view.

MegaPark next door, everything handled nicely, friendly stuff.

Breakfast wasn't diverse enough. The gym is equipped poorly. No training is possible except cardio :(

Staff were so friendly and speak a range of languages I had hoped to learn abit more Spanish for my trip to Spain this time but felt at ease straight away, very cool air conditioned building after the heat was great to walk into, very clean, great factualities, beach right outside, plenty of shops and a plethora of places to eat. All of this and was only there one day as needed somewhere close to airport which this was brilliant for and staff even booked me a taxi

Wi-Fi was rubbish, abit too loud at night but not the worst very little complaints and booked a sea view and was whilst yes you could see the sea very little of it seem abit false to say sea view

location was nice, easy access to bus and beach, located right next to mega park (beer garden open from 10am to 5am) usually very noisy but thanks to the double glass window it was soundproof

furniture could be renewed and cleaner

As we arrived they gave us a different room shown on the website. On the second day they changed the room with Nice balcony with sea view Comfortable bed Cool bar at the pool

Internals heated swimming pool was closed, although it is stated as opened at booking.com. Breakfast is not super tasty. Outside swimming pool sometimes full of drank germans, which makes it an unpleasent place to be.

Staff the best at any hotel I’ve stayed at. Genuine, happy, felt like home.

Bed size in twin rooms a bit small but then I’m big. I imagine we were there at just the right time. October. The hotel wasn’t busy however it is right next door to the ENORMOUS German beer drinking arena Mega Park. With the double glazed balcony doors closed it was quiet but I imagine in the summer months it could be a real issue unless you are German and have gone there to sing German songs and get very drunk. The local government are trying to clamp down on “booze tourism and I hope they succeed because this could be a 10/10 destination.

The proximity to the beach. It was convenient to go back to the room any time during the day. Breakfast was pretty good. Rooms are spacious Staff friendly and do speak English

Staff is great (cheers to Kaleem and the pool bar staff), very good pool and a great location. Clean and tidy.

The beds are actually on the wheels and they move around too much. The breakfast should be a bit more varied for the 4 star hotel.

all hotel stuff were helpfull and smily. the location of the hotel is wonderfull. breakfast was really perfect.

the Room was too small even I book on booking 28m2 room it was really really small. there was two seperate bed just put together. they were getting seperated each other while sleeping. the safe was not working. general condition of the room was fine. ewuipments are old in the room.
