Very aesthetically appealing.

It is a beautiful establishments especially the reception area, I also really liked the bathroom.

It didn’t have a view or proper sim exposure. My breakfast was too limiting Honey at breakfast had ants Upon arrival I think it’s important to inform guest that they will be paying for the mini bar instead of the small piece of paper that is easy to miss Not even two courtesy bottle of water was provide

Staff are just amazing! Rooms were perfect. Great location! Massages were superb!

Nothing not to like just need robes and slippers in the rooms for guests, especially during winter.

Nice room with a jacuzzi outside. Close to the city center. Good breakfast Nice spa center.

We have some moisture under the carpet near the window. The breakfast is slow served. Only 3 parking spaces I have to park on the street sometimes. A lot of noise from keys and doors in the morning. It is not bad, but a little expensive if you keep price/quality in mind.

Was not what we expected as it was advertised.We were under the impressions that the spa was included in the price.Our room service telephone didn't work.We were promised a top view. Which we didn't get.

It was clean and modern, it looks just like the pictures. The breakfast was quite nice and they accommodate dietary requirements. The staff were helpful and professional and fulfilled our requests. The spa ladies are some of the nicest people, they really take good care of their clients. Nice place for girls spa weekends

Our room phone didn't work. The heated indoor pool was cold. Loadshedding lights the hotel supplied were not charged enough to last entire loadshedding. Lack of halaal food options

The breakfast was great. I don't normally eat breakfast, but they served good eggs. Good location - Centrally located along the coastline.

The wifi connectivity was poor. Also, during load shedding, the AC wouldn't work.

Very nice location, the hotel felt quite private and quiet, just what you expect when staying at a boutique hotel. Bed was very comfortable. Allowed us a late check out which we are very grateful for. Spa was small but we had a lovely massage session.

Overall, we expected to get a better service for a place that tries to call itself a 5 star hotel. When we first arrived we were not greeted properly, we had to wait around 10 minutes outside the main door buzzing many times until finally the staff realised we were there (only 1 staff was there). Once in, we had to wait for another 40 minutes until our check in happened (at that point we were late for our dinner reservation in town). Once in our room, we found some random clothes hanging in the wardrobe (?) Staff was very nice and polite but we just couldn't understand why did everything take so long. Breakfast routine followed the same slow pace- not that we were on a hurry- but we felt a bit unattended. Asked for a plug adapter and after waiting for a long time we weren't given one. In sum, we expected more for the price we payed. This was our "anniversary treat" after 2 weeks traveling South Africa and would have been nice to have had a better experience.

I loved the peaceful nature of the entire facility. It felt like we had the entire hotel to ourselves and yet all the staff we're present, welcoming and helpful. The spa is particularly amazing and the jacuzzi suite was fantastic

The strong winds caused the panel of the jacuzzi to keep flying off knocking them against the sliding door, it was quite noisy and you can't really use the jacuzzi at night because it makes excessive noise
